Now i see why Aubemayang took a step down when he agreed to move to Arsenal.

And Ozil, I thought he was mad when he signed the contract, but he's in his ideal world. He gets to play whenever he wants and gets paid a sh*t load for it.

People go mad at our players taking holidays, you should see the state of Arsenal, Ozil literally has no injuries and he's not playing any games. That's a disgrace.

I know many of you don't like La Liga, but checkout the passion of the Real Betis fans for the arrival of their side in El Derbi Sevillano

Passion. Too bad they're just "jobbers"/journeymen to the big clubs.

Real Betis did win at Estadio Bernabeu this season - better than what PSG could bring to the table :P

was probably RM's C side then since RM have pretty much given up on la Liga on December haha !! But again what I said does not mean they never manage to upset the big boys (look at Leganes for instance) but they'll never take their spots, i.e, you'll never see Betis qualifying for UCL at the expense of RM or Barça or even finishing above them (not champions but like finishing 3rd when RM finish 4th for instance). Whereas in PL, well, Leicester won it in 2016. The last time a team outside of RM or Barça it was ATM who became as rich/powerful as them in 2014.

As for PSG, a lot of people in France like to draw a parallel with Chelsea's long journey to UCL success, but I don't remember PSG making it five/six times in the Semifinals in the last 15 yrs ... let alone once !! They also lack determination and physical impact too!! Something we built our successes on actually ...

whatever you want to believe but you can't discount the achievement of Real Betis this season & the passion that their fans bring to each match - this is the fans singing the club's anthem (which they do every match)

if you want to play the flute for Real Madrid or Barca, then go ahead - we are supposed to be free, but I like the pasión of Beticos - IMHO this is what makes footie a great spectacle watch

Dippers fans are doing the same actually and they're fckuing mongs .... but I get what you're saying. Pool are the absolute worst and a particular case. Betis are fun though.

And please let's be honest. The only thing that makes the UCL watchable for us when CFC are not playing/in it anymore, is because RM, Barça and the likes play it. If the final of this year's UCL was Sevila vs Roma for instance, We'd be a bit less interested than if it was RM involved in it (Idc about scousers, they can fcuk off) !! Because RM won it 58 times and won the last three... It makes things more interesting. But then again you could always have the David v. Goliath story. But you still need Goliath though ;) ! Betis v. Sevilla in the UCL final will only interest spanish fans and Sevilla. And probably some football fans too I agree.

Tbh, I'd love to see that passion back at CFC... But next thing you know, FA will fine us every week for offensive chants/flares and other BS ... Sad but true.

My brother went to one of their matches about 8 years ago, they were in the shadow of Sevilla.

They had some sort of saying, about 'supporting Betis even though they lose.'

Is it just me or are the media massively overreacting to City’s title win acting like they’re gonna dominate from now on? They seem to always do this when someone wins the league. Saying no one will catch them etc. Just baffles me that they say the same crap nearly every-time someone wins the league.

Barca are losing 4-1 to Levante without Messi.

Safe to say they are definitely not going unbeaten.

Also cant figure how their £250m signings Dembele & Coutinho have made them better.

Amazed at the Barca scoreline (and the lineup) but I was just reading online there that they are playing a friendly in South Africa midweek and are contractually obliged (supposedly) to play the big names, hence why Messi and several others were rested.

Whether or not it's true about having to play them in the match during the week and resting them for this match because of it, it's absolutely insane to arrange a friendly match between the penultimate and final games of the season.

I thought it was stupid when we played City in the US a few years ago and the tour in Australia that we did after winning the league were f**king stupid, but at least we never did anything this insane.

So Fulham finally win a playoff game. Derby truly are the Spurs of the Championship, always bottle it :laugh2:

Try living in Nottingham when all your friends are Derby/Forest fans! This is my favourite time of year. The end of season Derby melt down.
