People seem to forget one thing : you don't need to have your players broken in half to be awarded a pen. First pen : red was harsh, but he is clearly held back irregularly by the defender. Second pen: the guy is ripping willian shirt ffs!! that should be a pen anytime as willian is held back again!!!

agreed,

a foul is a foul regardless of where it's committed.  Prem refs seem to have this idea that once your inside the box only "certain" fouls should result in PKs.

Remember a match a couple seasons back when I think Phil Jones for Man UTd was quite literally body slamming Cahill (?)  Nothing awarded.

Again, i feel the main criticism that can be leveled against Prem refs is their lack of consistency
