People really need to calm down on this. 

Madrid are the biggest club in the world. No right minded player is gone to turn down an approach from them

Especially one who has never excelled here and knows he's on the edge of being dumped.

I always thought it was just an obvious mix-up. Kepa thought he was being replaced due to injury and he was shouting "no, don't take me off, I'm fine, not injured". He didn't realise it was tactical.

Understand how he felt, he's the longest serving player before he left. I think if he stayed, we wouldn't have signed the other GK from MLS, but Real is impossible to turn down for Spanish players.

He made a mistake for today.  This era of football is just shockingly bad.

The bigger headline than Kepa is surely Jan Oblak conceding 5 goals, but I guess that doesn't help bash Chelsea 🙂 

The Real Madrid fans haven't exactly warmed to Kepa. I imagine Real will keep him until his loan expires though.

Last year of his contract after this season, isn't it? Can't believe its nearly been 6 years since we wasted all that money on him.

Unfortunately I think it was a 7 year contract !

He's got the 5th highest save percentage in La Liga this season, but unfortunately for him (and probably for us too) the other RM keeper Lunin is in 3rd !

No idea, but they are certainly both having bad seasons !

Quite bizarre that this RM vs AM game (Spanish Super Cup SF) was actually played in effing Saudi Arabia !! The two clubs basically shafting their own home/away fans for some Saudi cash ...

I'd heard Oblaks form had deteriorated a season or two ago.

Football sold its soul a long time ago, but things just get worse - RM v AM whilst the Saudi's boo and whistle throughout a minutes silence for Beckenbauer. The entire thing is terrible.

Madrid never wanted Kepa to begin with.

They took him on loan due to his cheap avaliablity and the timing of Courtois injury but with time to plan and 2 better keepers on their books they're not going to be offering us a fee for him.

We've got 2 better keepers on the books ourselves so getting him moved on is a priority.

Petrovic is decent, but ball playing is bad at the moment. A duo of Petrovic and Kepa i'm actually not too worried over.

Kepa better than Sanchez .. clearly we have short memories .. have we forgotten the city games , Tottenham, Fulham .. stats don’t do justice to how poor he is.
