We've scored and missed one other chance. They've scored and had a couple of half chances so score about right for me.

The only time we look like scoring is when we sit back and wait for Watford mistakes to capitalize on. All this sideways passing and fancy flicks is getting us nowhere. If anything, it's making more chances for Watford than us, as when we give it away, they counter attack and look dangerous.

This team is meant for counter attacking......they cant do what Sarri wants on a decent level. Play fast direct footy and we will do better.

Luiz does this a lot, he seems afraid of long range shots. He should be throwing himself at that.

f**king dreadful header by Rudiger. Needs to be doing better there. A totally preventable goal ffs. Apart from that, we have been pressing really well and build up has been brilliant. We have looked like a Sarri team in the first half, barring the stupid mistake. Defensively we've been average though. Hopefully we don't let the goal by Watford get in our heads.

I don't think slow, possession based football will work for any team in the Premier League. There is no time to play that way, teams will be all over us in this league. I hope this isn't what this Sarriball is supposed to be, because Sarri won't achieve much with us if it is.

This system , backwards and sidewards passing is pivotal to inviting pressure to then break, and taking players out the game, honestly have no idea how people cant see this, its basic stuff

Well, he did nearly set up a goal FOR Watford.

Between Watford losing the ball and us scoring there were just 2 passes. There's a lesson to be had there.

We have no strikers, we're just passing it endlessly around a defence that we give plenty of time to organize, eventually ending up in a us losing the ball or a delivering cross in to no-one (or at best to someone who isn't a finisher) .

We could even get away with such a toothless attack if our defence could be relied upon not to look vulnerable on every single attack.

Sure we do......we have the midfield for it.....and we have 3 fast wingers who can destroy you in fast counter attacks and scare the sh*t out of you. But they are asked to do what they cannot.

Barkley is not press resistant enough for that role and Loftus-Cheek isn't defensively as good and can't control the game as well. Neither will replace Jorginho. Jorginho is important for that role.

Jorginho is the best in the business at it, al though i admit hes had a few bad passes this game, its understandable though as is whole purpose is to always be under pressure

Everything is just so slow. Luiz gets the ball and just jogs forward, passes to Rudiger, back to Luiz, into Jorginho, back to Luiz, switch it side to side and give it away.

I was trying to say that you play Kante where Jorghino sits and play RLC where Kante currently plays...Jorghino can sit on the bench for a few games.

If the system is so "reliant" on Jorginho, Sarri should really change it.

Completely understand what he's trying to do, except we haven't got the players right now to play that way, so why he persists I don't know.

With the players he picks i agree, loftus cheek is ideal for it as hes so good at drivin forward at pace
