And Biden's son was involved in a Ukraine energy company fraud, Biden had the prosecutor removed in return for American aid when he was vice President

I've also read other senior democrats also had their children involved in gas companies in Ukraine.

When I worked in Banking for a US company some of the riskier customer groups identified were PEPs, politically exposed people.

Given new owners and the debt being wiped what does this mean for selling the likes of Lukaku, Kepa etc?  If all the finances are started from scratch wouldn’t selling Lukaku and the like be profit only no matter what we get for them unless we still owe money?  Trying to get a high transfer fee would only be needed to generate money for other transfers or saving face.  I’m probably wrong but hopefully we can use this as a clean slate to get rid of all our past mistakes and overpaid rejects.

We still owe Inter over 70mill for Rom. So no.

The Times can reveal that Todd Boehly’s consortium has now been granted a 5 day exclusivity period to fulfil contractual agreements.

Jim Ratcliffe has been dismissed by Chelsea and Raine, a source said. ( @Lawton_Times )

Several sources reporting this. The Clearlake-Bohely bid have these 5 days to fulfill all they promised in a binding contract form and if they do the club is theirs.

Few bits and pieces out there that Clearlake have to prove they have no involvement or investment in ANY Russian companies. I wonder if that could be a problem?

Usually such large companies have a rather diverse portfolio.

Knowing our luck it'll come out eventually and we'll be sanctioned again !

It would be nice to have an idea of how much they are willing to spend this summer but I guess that’s impossible to know at this stage.

How could we go from winning the champions league and boasting one of the best squads with great depth, to needing a major overhaul. Could only happen at Chelsea.

This isn’t really related but we’ve messed up massively letting Giroud go. I have no doubt he would have secured us top 4 by now and probably be our main striker at this stage of season, he always was.

sh*t logo for a sh*t network. Looking forward to not seeing that sh*t on our shirts.

Fantastic news. They were the first to jump ship when sh*t started hitting the fan so glad we've allegedly cut ties with them.

Clearlake will sell its shares to the Glazers despite " someone" giving an assurance that they won't sell for a decade.

they won't sell there " majority holding that is.

oh  well, we'll be watching " soccer ball " by the looks of it.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe is still hoping to hijack the deal to buy Chelsea, despite Todd Boehly being named as the preferred bidder.

Ratcliffe’s bid remains on the table and is still seen by sources close to the process as a viable option.

As a result Raine are still to publicly confirm Boehly as their choice to buy out Roman Abramovich. It is believed that an increased offer from Ratcliffe could be enough to blow the process wide open.

I wish Jim Ratcliffe would go away with his PR seeking nonsense. If he was serious he would have bid ages ago, just get the deal with Boehly and co and let’s get on with it.

Yeah agreed. Just complicating and prolonging things which isn’t helpful. We need to move on from this saga

Yup and still no official announcement. I thought it was supposed to have been yesterday at the latest?

Maybe this rogue bid from Ratcliffe is being taken seriously?

I bloody hope not!

If he had wanted PR he would have been involved in the whole process for months rather than just a few days.
