For all the talk and speculation being leaked from new ownership, all I see is same old same old.

Spending huge sums in areas we shouldn't. Stockpiling players in a position which isn't a priority of need. Ignoring fixing the major weaknesses in midfield and striker. We'll continue with a massive wage bill with new players who don't fit because blatant needs weren't addressed. The blame will cycle between players not being good enough and the manager being terrible.

Then ultimately Potter will be replaced and the new manager will come in and say the 400M in signings weren't mine.

These guys are ridiculous. Also is Potter just a yes man? They must know something we don't because someone has to tell them that this kind of investment in an area is super risky. The only saving grace is that the players we sell equally go for ridiculous money.

There must be something going on with the other players as if there are deals already lined up for them (Ziyech, Pulisic, Havertz, etc).

Someone said on here that that is why all these signings have long contracts. The long contract is pretty much a loophole to get past FFP

Cucurella was daylight robbery as a 2nd choice left back. Made no sense then and doesn't now.

I think it's outrageous that these f**kers have invested heavily in the club and are prepared to bankroll a longer term youth focused approach to rebuilding the club's desire to be a top four club with title aspirations.
