I want to buy the 2022/23 home shirt with the world champions badge on it, so if that disgusting 3 is back I'll have to live with it. I really want Trivago instead.

There are also some old tweets being dug from one of the Ricketts family which do not look good. That being said the Ricketts family is quite large and they have a range of political views. I think the main guy behind the bid is the Cubs owner Tom Ricketts and he is more moderate in his viewpoints.

HE made the comments on FEB 4th 2019. He apologized but as also said some controversial things about International Womens day which could be deemed misogynistic . He is a Republican and i guess got emboldened to say such things since they aligned with Trumps rhetoric. He has also donated over 1 billion dollars to charity but people only care about the negatives. 

Several are suggesting the racist/Woken angle, and the BWG "Scrambelling" for other investors, leaves Saudi Media ahead.

Indeed, people of that age did have a tendency to views that we now consider racist. Those were different times they grew up in.

I just don't get a good feeling for our future under BWG. Not just because one is an avid Spud, but another does not even like football and they are apparently scrambling for other investors. That does not hint at long term future secured and stadium developed.

Personally I just want someone who values winning on the pitch, and is willing to put the money in, and bring in the right people to breed and continue the winning environment Roman has created here. Money is only part of the equation.

Roman wasnt perfect, but once we stopped being the club players came to for big wages, we then became the club players came to win trophies. 

That comes crom the top, its a ruthlessness that the glaziers dont have at united. 

So i am leaning toward the Saudi's in that regard, because i think if use city and psg, there is quest to be the best in both clubs, even if both havent succeeded in europe yet, (It took us a while too tbh).

If not the Saudi's then i think Todd Boehly would also be an excellent owner, as long as he trrats us the same way he has the dodgers. Ive seen a few interviews with him whereby he states he sees the best way to increase revenue is to win. I like that mentality, and I think if any rich billionaire was looking to invest, you have to look at what roman has done. He has invested £1.5b, he has had 20 years enjoying competing and einning major trophies, and if it wasnt for the political climate, he wouldve doubled his money, and left a hero to millions of fans across the world.

No one in their sane mind supports the war on ukraine or even any war period. Israel vs Palestine , Saudi vs Yemen but the reality is Putin has been warning about Nato moving eastwards into Russian territory. He is going about it the wrong way with war but the West and NATO are also to blame for gaslighting Ukraine to even think there was a chance they would join NATO

Yeah all depends on of Joe is part of this bid or not. If he is not, no problem. Should you be barred from buying something or getting a job because you dad is a racist bigot?

If Joe is a part of this bid he either needs to be removed or then the bid not accepted. Those views no longer have a place in modern society thankfully.

The Ricketts are a family trust, I don't think you can exclude any of them. The 2.3B net wealth is attributed to Joe, not Tom.
