Jorghino is either carrying a knock or more likely on his way

I really want to know whats going on with Jorgi. Pedro is already off somewhere else and he gets to play, it can't be because other midfielders have been so good that they can't be dropped, Lampard said times and times again that he loves Jorginho's attitude. Is it really all bout fitness issue ? Tactical reasons ?

Who’s controlling the tempo? I don’t like a midfield that doesn’t have someone controlling the game, distributing, setting the attack off...

the same thing was going on with Olie. he wasn't picked no mather what before Tammy and Bats.

The ball gets switched to the flanks & we are using our fullbacks as outlets. In theory it should work if we don’t mess about in the middle.

Giroud had the same treatment earlier in the season. I expect Jorgi to come back, and come back strong.

 

I worry about the excessive minutes of Kante, Pulisic and Willian.
They are decisive and important, I know, but they should have rested in that FA CUP game.

We have to win this game.
Let's see what comes out of the lottery today.

Barkley might be alright for this one, robust and won't be knocked off the ball.

Lets hope he gets an assist or another goal. 

If not producing we have RLC as an option.

The defensive changes had to be done, Frank couldn't allow the West Ham performance to pass by unpunished. It's still not a great looking defence though in my opinion. Really needs addressing next season.

I agree but it looks better on paper. Now lets see how it works when it matters!

Perfect team selection, except maybe jorginho for barkley. 

I feel maybe Jorginho might have been oining for a move to Juventus and its almost like a conte/diego costa situation again. 

Thats the only thing i can think of, because he was in good form this season. 

Also no kovacic??

Defense was a shambles against west ham so it’s good to see lampard trying to make changes. 
 

Interesting that jorginho has suddenly dropped out of favor.

 

pretty nervous, as watford will probably just sit back and absorb the pressure and hit long balls. That has been a real problem for us this season when we have possession we seem to struggle.

Kovacic is injured will likely miss our next game too.

The match is getting in the way of the nature documentary I'm watching: the sex life of a panda is very complicated  No wonder so few cubs are born.

Still, might as well watch the match, these pandas won't be ready until the water break in the second half.
