Brighton should never have lost this game. They dominated the first half and Leicester haven't been that great in the second half. Brighton just sh*t themselves.

Blow to our Hope's of catching Leicester for sure.

Leicester have got 4 points from 2 games where they have been terrible and deserved nothing.

They need to get results when playing like that if they are to make top 4.

Liverpool starting to make our 15/16 title defence look decent.

One key difference though, they won't have the balls to do the unthinkable like we did.

If Liverpool continue to struggle for form until the end of the season what do they do about Klopp?

They showed patience for years to allow him to build a title winning team so presumably they show patience with him to get things back on track next season?

Ultimately, what would sacking him achieve? Surely this season is just an acknowledgement that they failed to invest in quality of depth and got found out defensively for having no quality beyond VVD.

Considering they got 96 points the fall seems worse. 6 games at home in a row and barely scoring a goal is arguably the most embarrassing title defence ever.

Embarrassing for Klopp too getting schooled by someone in that coat.

Difference is back then they were structurally sound and quite clearly building towards something and them not being consistent results wise was more down to weaknesses (Klopp inherited) in key areas than anything else.

Whole different ball game to this, the squad look absolutely tanked and it may be a case that the cycle has ran it's course (like it did at BVB).
