They both finished above us in the league, I recall Terry, Ashley Cole and Joe Cole all playing for England when we were winning the league under Mourinho.

England has been a terribly boring team to watch. Did you really find them more entertaining than Italy, Denmark, even Spain or Germany?! Frankly, the only team that has played trash turgid football and has progressed is England. This skillful set of players deserves a better manager.

Southgate (like Martinez) seems to have no clear attacking ideology. With Italy and Mancini, the benefits of a good coach come out so beautifully.

I'd say it's way too soon to say it's an easy game for England. Ukraine's gameplan hasn't changed at all, one good counter and they're back at it. Plus England aren't really putting any pressure after the goal, they seem pretty happy with the u-shape passing.

Although we are much better at times we risk sloppiness, we need a second goal.

Sterling and Sancho have played well.

Mount made a great defensive block in our area.

Enjoyed Rice's strike even though too close to the keeper.

Comfortable from England so far, but we should have scored more than one, Sancho should have buried his chance. Walker is a disaster waiting to happen, he's such a sh*t defender. If he wasn't so quick, he would never have made it to the top level.

95% of Maquires passes goes to Shaw and back again. I saw Mount several times with lots of room in advanced midfield positions, but got to pass to Shaw I guess...
