Team really needs a focal point upfront, Pulisic just isn't doing it. 

Mason Mount is not a top player. He does nothing creative with the ball, can't beat his player and his finishing is poor.

sh*t half of football again. Creating nothing, giving the ball away in stupid areas and just look bad all over. We are just slogging away in every game of late, there is no consistent quality or any control anymore.

Jorginho Cashing in another golazo with the well placed finish from the spot. Get that man another contract he can do his thing for years to come.

I hate this false 9 cobblers, has to be one hell of a false 9 to make it work.

If he is poor, what does that say about the rest of our squad? He's one of the only players in attack that delivers now and again.

He hasn't done enough for me, I don't think he's taken on a one on one and beat a defender once this half.  His entire career has been fits and starts, not consistent enough to be on the first team sheet on a regular basis.

That's what happens when he doesn't really have anyone to challenge him for his position. He's the player on the team, other than our centre backs,  that's always guaranteed a start.

James had a poor half, crosses not on target and passes askew and the own goal.

Kante our best player that half.

Jorgy the ice man gets us level.

Villa looked the better team to me,  hope we wake up in the second.

Not exactly match fit. Not played a proper game since middle of October and have just been isolating for a full 10 days.

We have some sh*t luck. sh*t sh*t luck while almost all of our competitor's have got away with almost no cases and those who had cases got a nice two week break. Including the side we are facing today who really should be beating us today considering how fresh they are with their full XI available.

He hasnt had the best of games but I dont think that negates him being a top player. He can only do so much when we dont have a striker or a focal point in the middle.

I still think he's playing in the wrong position...and plus the fact he hasn't had anyone around him for the last few weeks.  Pulisic can piss off in January or the summer along with a few other pieces of dead wood.

I hear this... I see good attacks coming from the width from Alonso just not James today. If James would adjust his game, Pulisic should be fine there. His service isn't matching the runs.

Is there anything that can justify Pulisic in the starting 11 again?

I'm hoping that does eventually pay off. While we haven't exactly been firing on all cylinders, we've only actually lost one game, and we haven't missed a single fixture.

Hopefully this means that we will avoid a terrible run of congested fixtures which will hit our opponents later in the season. On the other hand they don't have the Club World Cup to fit in...

We need to change attack maybe bring lukaku on as we are offering nothing at the moment.

I disagree. He has to be creating for the other players and he just doesn't. Every time the ball goes to him we either lose possession or the rhythm of our play goes. 

whit this sh*tery we won’t make top 4 this season

Worrying we rely on penalties and set pieces to bail us out. We don't seem to be able to build attacks properly and rely on Alonso and James getting forward and doing something.

I suggested a few weeks ago that maybe the hype has gone to his head. He peaked against Juve and everybody was praising him and saying how good he was. Every single performance since has been bad.

He has legs that work

I'd like Lukaku to get at least 30 mins as long as we don't use him sorely as a target man when he comes on we need to play to his strengths and let him create as well as hold up the ball. 

Big fan of Reece but if he needs a break and can't get into this game potentially we could move Pulisic or CHO to that rwb so we have a player who wants to take on the opposing full back and put a cross in for the fwds to tap in.
