Could Leeds really do it? I can see Arsenal beating Everton but Leeds beat Brentford at Brentford with all Leeds problems? Really unlikely.

The M1 could be interesting on Sunday. Leeds and Everton in town and one could drop.

I want Leeds to go down. I said at the start of the season their gung-ho football was going to cost them but Leeds fans were convinced their attacking football would bail them out. It worked last season because they were a newly promoted side that caught teams by surprise, but you can't play that way every season, you need a solid defense if you are competing at that end of the table. Bournemouth were similar, they always had the worst defence in the league, never learned and was eventually relegated.

Kante has been miles worse. Jorginho has been ponderous, but Kante has made 4 or 5 errors.

No chance. Kante had a massive hand in the goal. There is one positive right there. Time and time and again Jorginho has slowed us down with another pointless pass that really adds nothing except another tick in the pass completion box. All capped with that momentum crushing back pass from the edge of their box that had our fans audibly groaning. He slows us down all the time. It's something he does brilliantly. And as the defensive "stay back, stay safe" central midfielder where was he in the build up to their goal?

Stands out against sea of mediocrity. Very rarely loses the ball, very rarely loses a duel, and actually delivers quality going forward.

Machine.

The sea of mediocrity won the Champion's league last year.

But for the example of Leeds i can raise Saints and Brighton. Also the defensive teams like Stoke and WBA went down eventually too.

If we were a team with little hope of even Europe I think I'd rather we played some decent stuff as opposed to grinding our way to 40 points every season.

Watchimgg Jorgi is painful.. 5 touches before a 10 yard pass and then gesticulating.

It shows he "is managing the game well"............... apparently!

Do Leeds play decent stuff though. I think they did for a brief period, especially getting into this division. I think its all a bit of a fallacy. Brighton play good football. Leeds don't. They are team of Championship footballers that Bielsa got to be as fit as butchers dogs. Luke Ayling is sh*t whether he plays for Leeds or Real Madrid,

managing to kill any pace and make it virtually impossible for our fwd players to find space..

Chalobah is proving (so far - touch wood) to be more than a physical match for Vardy at RCB. I understand the logic behind putting James there against anyone particularly quick or strong, but it feels like an over-correction in contrast to the physically limited Azpilicueta, and of course deprives us of James' threat further up the pitch.

He's just done it again! Time in the middle, players in front, but nope foot on ball he swings a 180 and passes it back.
