Scored 2 and set up another vs Inter today.

Hard to tell how good he really is though with this level of defending. What happened to Serie A? it used to be a league known for having the best defenders in the world, most of them look like they are ready for retirement these days. I can't believe some Chelsea fans wanted Skriniar, he's sh*t.

We'll see soon enough!

It’s really interesting. He looks a great player in the extended highlights I saw.

But, the serie A comments are true. No disrespect, but players like Dzeko and Giroud, where the PL far exceeded the pace they could handle, still stand out. And attacking players than run get some much space to operate.

Tonali looks a good player also

True, but everytime I see him play (only started watching him play last season). He looks like a game changer. I really hope we can sign him in the winter or next summer.

Had the same with Luis Diaz when I saw him play for Colombia and a couple of times with Porto. Even when there was nothing happening in the game.

There is always a treat when he has the ball. At any time, something can happen.

We can probably write this one off as it’s reported City are now interested in signing him and we are crap.

Won't have to be a wizard to score again us. What we at, 1 clean sheet all season?

Would love us to sign this guy. A wide man who takes defenders on with pace to burn.

First time I have seen him up close and although thankfully he did not see much of the ball, when he had it he looked a real threat and no doubt he will be the danger man to look out for in the return next week.

If we could sign him, he'd be a massive upgrade on Pulicic, Ziyech and CHO.

Lots of rumours now we’re interested in a swap deal for Joao Felix who doesn’t want to return.

Was really interested in Leao coming here when he was first linked but now I’m not so sure.  He doesn’t seem to have kicked on.  He adds a bit of flair but also frustrating to watch.  The kind of money touted around seems to be way over what he’s worth in my opinion.

Leao is one of those players that I watch and say "aren't you supposed to be good?"

Also, and yet again, he doesn't suit Maresca's style at all. If we are going to keep going for these players, then get a coach that suits them.

Would be another wasteful signing, hasn’t kicked on since a bright start and Serie A is the kind of league to flatter attackers, see Lukaku & Pulisic who were both pony here.

Rather stay clear, especially for the prices touted. I've watched him a dozen times now and still yet to see him have a good game, i'm convinced his career is just youtube highlights against minnows.

Agreed. Two years ago Leao seemed so much better.  Straight swap deal for Felix or cash and player?  Even as a straight swap I would be feeling a little 'meh, whatever' about signing Leao.

Rafael Leão is being linked with Barcelona and Liverpool.  I think he might be out of reach and maybe we shouldn’t get into a bidding war?  I think this means we can look at Brighton and see what they might have in this area? João Pedro might be the player for us?

Bloody hope not. Over rated and a nonce.

I do not think he is a "nonce" - that topic of noncery has been discussed in his thread in detail.

I was merely jesting that we should really only buy players from Brighton. We are also apparently interested in buying another goalkeeper from Brighton.

He was 17 and she was 15 apparently. He is now 23.

23 is a bit old for us - we like to buy our Brazilians younger and from the source - but we might make an exception for Brighton.

Watford's Joao Pedro dating 15-year-old Brazilian TV pers...

Watford's new signing Joao Pedro is dating a 15-year-old TV star from his home country of Brazil.

18 and 15. We will never forget.

Yes 23 is too old for us, i'm sure we'll spend twice as much on someone his GF's age.

We will never forget? lol. lmao.

Why am I researching this? Jesus . . .i believe they stared dating when he was just turning 18 and he was initially 17 when they began dating. She was a tv star in Brazil. Did you know that his father went to prison for being an accessory to murder? That might be more troubling. The internetS is fill of information and data apparently.
