I wish everybody could stop calling him Big Rom. At the very least make it Lardy Lukaku.

Kimpembe is a bad defender. I take it many dont watch a lot of PSG. Error prone for days. Hes like a much poorer version of Zouma.

He reminds me a lot of Zouma, but makes more mistakes. 

Ben Jacobs ....12.30ish....Presnel Kimpembe update. As previously reported, Christophe Galtier told Kimpembe he's not surplus to requirements at PSG & any move away is his decision even if a deal is agreed. #CFC & PSG remain apart in valuation and Kimpembe is very settled in Paris.

Reports about that Kimpembe had another phone conversation with TT yesterday and informed him he has decided to stay at PSG.

We could have settled for Lenglet and been done in early June.

It's frustrating to miss out but after the expierence of last year I'd rather fail aiming high than just accept what's there. 

Honestly this is farcical. As myself and others who watch the french league have pointed out, he is a very poor defender, makes endless mistakes and is very rash. This is a panic buy of the same nature of the majority of our signings the last few years, ie kepa, lukaku. When will we ever learn.

Apparently Tuchel wants him. Transfer targets are certainly not Tuchels strongest point, similar to Lukaku deal. Very disappointing indeed.

Tuchel may want him based on the fact that they worked together at PSG. But he isn't coming to us. He made it clear he wants to stay at PSG. No point in wasting time returning to this one.

I thought that Tuchel was not the one to get Lukaku, but Chelsea wanted him.

Reason for not moving....he is a Paris boy and wnts to stay in Paris. Come on, fck me, it's 4 hours on the Eurostar. On 180K a week he could fkign commute.
