Good job we've got some easy fixtures coming up to fix our form.

Honestly why I'd rather get a new coach in the summer, rather than drop them into this mess. We still should bring in a caretaker though to see the season out.

Not convinced by that either. Could well be another AVB

To be honest there aren't many candidates right now that are available and look good. I think we would probably end up with Pochettino

If Potter does go, I don't want us to overreact and bring in someone who may or may not be any good. For me, wait until summer and bring in Luis Enrique. I'm not sold on Nagelsman or Pochettino. For me, it's Luis Enrique. Regardless of that Barca team, I am impressed by what Enrique did there.

I think Nagelsmann might be a tad overrated as well, though he is on good terms with Vivell so I think he's likely to be next. Aside from Hoffenheim he hasn't massively overachieved anywhere.

I would look more at De Zerbi and Ruben Amorim, though I know they're outside candidates

To the people that want him to get a pre-season. What would that actually achieve? He's had 7 months and he's only made us worse, despite quality signings like Enzo.

I am still waiting to hear what exactly it is about pre-season that will be a major benefit. Pre-season's aren't what they used to be. They are destruptive because of all of the travelling, some players arrive late and are not prepared for the season because of international football tournaments (that are getting longer) When it comes to tactics, there is nothing he could do in pre-season that he can't do right now. What is the difference between working on tactics from July to August compared to working on things between April and May? nothing. If anything, pre-season is harder because players need to get their fitness levels back to the levels they were 2 months earlier and they are constantly travelling half way across the world, needing to adapt to different football pitches and different climates.

Yeah, it would be better to just bring in a caretaker now.

Not sure with Enrique though, anyone can be successful with Messi Suarez and Neymar up front. Though Messi did say Enrique was his best ever manager alongside Guardiola

What is so special in Enrique? Tiki-taka and nothing more. Spain was more than sh*t under Enrique.

They will give him longer because of the money invested.

This is why I think Beohly and Clearlake will be gone in a couple of years they have under estimated what it takes to keep a team at or near the top.

Doesn't help that Roman was just letting things tick over before Ukraine got serious either.

V possible and that was something I thought early on, before i got bored of listening to my inner doom monger :).

Just think what happens if/when the US economy unravels. There’s then a not-exactly-low-odds possibility they’re forced to sell to cover losses elsehwhere. Their risk exposure must be massive.

If we go with the caretaker approach it will likely be Anthony Barry

Lol where is this from?

From the time he spent in Sweden, master pro in interpretive emotional feelings, trust the processes Potter wonderland

I was amazed at how tame the reaction of the fans was at the final whistle. How this level sh*t can barely get a boo is beyond me. This is almost verging on a South American style attack of the training ground changing rooms level of crap.

The managers we’ve had and sacked because of a disappointing home draw over the years and this is the one we decide to stick with forever.

They booed Jorginho in 2018 worse than what Potter's getting now.  Crazy to me

Imagine if he is here next season. You can't convince me we won't be in a relegation fight. We're just lucky the bottom half of the table is so bad this season and that they all take points off each other or else we would have been dragged into it a season ealier.

the saddest thing is it's them bottom teams that have taken a lot of points from us!

Look at the reaction to the Super League. Where has that gone from our fanbase?

The fans have lost hope and don’t have the energy to react anymore which is far more dangerous for the owners than fans shouting and getting angry. When fans don’t react anymore it means they will be less inclined to care and less inclined to spend  money, this is when the board should be worried!!!

I am in that boat, I expect poor management and performance so I don’t get angry anymore if I miss a match it’s like “ so what”.

This is not what a new ownership should want less engaged fans!!

This is after beating the league leaders 4-2, in comparison to losing to Villa at home and saying 'the lads gave everything' for the 20th time

Incomprehensible that we'd beat Dortmund by two goals right now.
