What do you want me to say?

"oh I better go and make sure our forum is as busy as Everton's"

Genuine question, if you want to be a drama queen about everything?

You're God @Mod, make us a Brighton forum to complete Todd's work!

Very wise and encouraging words from a fan forum moderator.

I rest my case.

@abister1 you're clearly unhappy about this forum, you seem to want it to be something that it's not. It's not my intention to chase you away, as discussion and different opinions make a forum. But if it's been so bad for years as you claim, why are you here instead of finding a new 'home' ? Again, I'm not urging you to move on, I want to understand this masochism.

While it's very clear he's staying for the foreseeable that could be somewhat worked around simply by putting him on gardening leave and just paying him until he finds a new job.

Not sure you can do that unless there is a demonstrable change in the job role.

You can't just partition a manager and "starve" him out. Sadly!

At least the board are finally being honest about the situation now 👍

Absolutely schoolboy business management.  I am amazed that Clearlake are not holding Boehly to account for this c0ck up

I read it all, it was the first three words i was replying to 'Standards have dropped'

Which undoubtedly they have. Even the staunch Potter Ins were saying earlier in the season to trust the process and if it meant a year or two of being 6th then so be it. The same people would now be viewing 6th as a herculean effort and a resurrection that Lazarus would be proud of.

Don't worry, we've still got Graham Potter, Billy Reid, Bjorn Hamberg and Bruno Salter Grau !

Onwards and upwards 🙂

And do we still have the New Zealand guy to motivate them with soundbites like "if you don't like it, fck off"

I've been on this forum for a few years and have found it to be excellent in terms of info, opinion and humour.

I m surprised we have posters singing the praises of other clubs forums but hey ho it's their choice. I like the colour red on occasions but wouldn't be seen dead in a bin dippers shirt🙂

I don't post much but have been guilty of moaning like hell about our current manager and only ticked off once, which is fair comment. It's a forum after all not real life.

Anyway just got back from my travels of a month or so and he's still here.😐

There's some twats on here, I'm one of them.

But there's a lot more on every other forum I've seen!

Standards have dropped because there seems to be an acceptance of mediocrity before rise, with Arteta continuing to be the benchmark. It's created the amount of excuses English Journalists have given Potter time and time again. First it was the injuries, new players needing to gel, squad being too inflated, him not having a preseason, players causing individual errors (despite them being a indirect result of Potter's in game management) etc.

We have a very tough fixture list coming up, and for me its a win/win situation as we will truly know if Potter is the man he thinks he is.

Is that the same Arteta that Arsenal fans wanted to be sacked ?

Nothing wrong with disagreements is there ?

Who doesn't argue and disagree about our club,.it's normal.

Unless Im missing something lie personal abuse or threats,  why is there an issue on here ?

Got a feeling there will be more rants this evening 😁😁😁😛

Like me and my marriage. We make each other deeply unhappy, but we stay together for the kids.

How many babies has this whinger made with other shed enders?
