October 22, 20223 yr Potter's first real test since he took over, United looked very good vs Spurs. Our best line up in a while though, should be a good game
October 22, 20223 yr I actually feel optimistic. United are not better than us and we tend to play better against big teams.

What is it with you guys and wingbacks. You assume every formation has a wing back, it's as if Tuchel has left some permanent brain parasite. @coco suggested a 4231 with CP as an outside mid. That is a traditional wing role, not a wing back. Alsas though, potter went with a 3421. Best of luck with that.

Best of luck with that. 3421 won us the CL outplaying Real Madrid, Atletico and Man City, even last year we only lost in extra time to the eventual winners I don't get why people hate it so much

October 22, 20223 yr @Ballack & Blu did you know McClaren had gone back to United? I feel like I did but forgot. I bet those carpets at Carrington are immaculate.

October 22, 20223 yr Not feeling confident at all. I’ll also be very surprised if there is no sort of ref/VAR controversy tonight. In our disadvantage naturally.
October 22, 20223 yr I actually like the 3-4-2-1 when everyone is healthy but without James there isn't anyone who's really natural in RWB and with the CB injuries Cucurella is out of position there again. Potter needs to be flexible to adjust to who is available. Should be shifting to a 4-3-3 if he wants to be more defensive with Kova/Jorgi/RLC trying to overload/cover the midfield or a 4-2-3-1 where you instruct the full backs to play more conservative to compensate and leave more of the attacking burden to the additional AM coming into the side. Haven't been too impressed with Potter's last couple lineups in this regard and it's similar to what Tuchel was doing being rigid with the 3 at the back when injuries make it an awkward lineup. October 22, 20223 yr Looks like a team to preserve his unbeaten record. I'm my usual optimistic self though. 1-0 chels, Auba.
October 22, 20223 yr not holding my breath with that midfield....weak again. Expect to be bowled over with Jorgi playing with his back towards Utd players continually playing a 5 yard back pass... oh well I might be pleasantly surprised.

October 22, 20223 yr You can quote me on this: Today there will be a ridiculous goal we concede, either from Kepa or something else making a huge mistake.
October 22, 20223 yr Injuries are really bad for us this season...again. no team can survive missing Kante all season, James for a big stretch.
