Their goal looks even worse for Kepa from a side on view. It's like he was coming out for a cross.

Vina had all the space and time in the world to take his shot. When it's hitting the post and going in then it's usually a pretty good goal. Keeper couldn't have done much about it.

Agreed he's like a metronome. Don't know where we would be without him. Literally everything starts through him.

I had more of a problem with the midfield than Kepa. They are too easy to play around and through.

Done alright. Probably our most balanced team on paper. Some awful tunnel vision at play yet again and it’s worrying me how this spreads to virtually every player. 
 

Times up Kepa. 

Not bad. The players have put in a fairly intense 45 minutes and don't look on the verge of collapse which is encouraging.

 

It's like watching 11 strangers who have never played together.

That freekick sums us up. Put it in the f**king box for f**k's sake. Players refusing to take responsibility and make things happen themselves. It's so cowardly.

Or perhaps be aware of his positioning and not be caught miles off his line? You know, basic goal keeping.

Havertz will be sold this summer I suspect. 

Not a bad half. We went toe to toe with a Championship giant. If Madueke's final ball remains this quality, he can be a top player for a club like Palace for years to come. 

 

The energy from him, Kante, and Gallagher is good to see, all jokes aside.
