I’m in the hate camp. Enjoyed watching that Barca team for a while and then they just started to bore the life out of me, as City do today.
Watching this Arse pool match and it’s much more entertaining than any city games even though city definitely have more talent in the squad but it’s that system.
Agree with hating teams  insisting playing out from the back all the time when they are not capable.
As far as Havertz today, I think he has shown more grit for Arsenal than he did for us this past couple of years. But he’s the same Havertz, very good mixed with very bad.
Saka has been very poor.
Great seeing Martinelli making a complete tit of TAA twice in quick succession.
Dislike both teams but possibly Arsenal a bit less than the scum so going for draw, draw replay and Arsenal win 1-0 in pen shootout.

Spain were even worse to watch, because unlike Barcelona, they never had a player like Messi that would do something incredible.

I even remember Fabregas playing in the striker's position at one point, that is how bad it was. Every player was basically a CM.

Why do players put their arm up before they take a corner? It's like "ok I'm gonna cross the ball now" no sh*t

Arteta out will be trending soon.

The most criminal thing about it is that Trossard, Nkehtia, and Balogun are being forced out for him.

To think many people thought Arteta was some kind of revolutionary with his Havertz in midfield approach. One of the most daftest managerial decisions ever.

Yeah mate, some hated it, others like me loved it .

That's just football for you

probably one arm up ..near post..2 arms up far post...but different teams have different meanings / signals to the men in the box.

Thought Arsenal would win until 0-0 and Jota comes on.

Funny seeing both Havertz and Jorginho playing for them.

Havertz could have had a brace and also two assists yet Saka was just as bad at finishing.

Arsenal had their chances....but I still fcking hate Klopp and Liverpool who rode their luck a bit in the first half...Arteta will be whining and moaning now

Good teams ride their luck we had our fair share of luck in matches like that when we were at the very top, because we knew how to win games.

All top teams have have.

Diaz gaol is what our strikers don’t do:

Touch.

Shoot!!!

Out strikers would want to:

Take a touch.

Cut back.

Take another touch.

Cut back again.

Rinse and repeat until defenders block it.

So bloody annoying, SHOOT!!! FFS

Sterling is infuriating when it comes to this. It always feels like he is looking for a penalty. He creates the space and instead of just taking the shot, he tries and dribbles past another 3 players looking for contact.
