Haha bottled it in December 🤣

Spurs are a point behind them now.

Pool will win tomorrow as Newcastle are physically spent, if they were not and Pool did not win 1st to 5th would be covered by just a couple of points.

What will Arteta's excuse for the defeat be? The heavy rain? One of my nephews is an Arsenal fan - poor guy, I blame my brother-in-law for that - and his sister's other-half is a Fulham supporter. I suspect my niece's other-half is giving her brother and father loads of stick at the moment.

Hilarious that Arsenal are Top at Xmas, but 4th come New Year's Eve !

We are now only 14 points behind the leaders, and everyone is dropping points like there is no tomorrow LOL.

Top 4 ? Why the hell not !

Have we got time to overtake Arsenal 🙂🙂🙂

Only if they continue their poor form and we can continue winning....our inconsistency is our downfall.

Watched the Wolves game yesterday and the Fulham game today..one thing is noticeable that we are missing...urgency when going forward, players busting a gut to get in the box and first time balls in the box instead of pissing around, holding the ball up and passing backwards...

it seems so simple ..how many times do we cross along the goal line for nobody to tap it in, It can't be that hard, city would always have someone there

Agree. Other teams are ruthless on the break, showing speed and great link-up play that punishes disorganised defences. We are miles off that.

I think that will come with time. Nobody really has an understanding of each other yet and no fullbacks doesn’t help either.

I reckon by the time next season starts we’ll start to see more of that, this season is just transition season and everybody getting to know each other.

Just look at how much the team has changed in 1 year… This was the first starting line up of 2023

Lovely Jubbly. Not even March yet and Arsenal’s routine collapse already happening.

Rice was sh*t and his poor performance finally not masked by goals/Arsenal win. You’d think he was the main reason Arsenal were in the tital race if you were to believe the media.

Thought there was a reason I haven't heard Rice mentioned on here in a while.

Never in football have I seen something like it tbh, the overhaul is massive and people don't realise it.

I do remember when QPR got bought out by a rich owner and he bought a brand new team, a lot of talents, but they were absolutely sh*t because they couldn't play together. Ended up getting relegated and nobody has seen them since.

I was hit by a wave of nostalgia seeing Azpi's name...

Kepa is still our player too. He is on loan at Real, and been benched I think too so probably will be coming back.

Yes, but by "still here" I took that as meaning "in the first team squad". So loan players not included.

I think Kepa got injured. Last I heard they still wanted to buy him.
