If we can get our act together and stop dropping stupid points, we can salvage something this season. Man Utd are terrible, Newcastle's confidence is rock bottom and they are full of injuries and then you have West Ham and Brighton that are up and down.

We need to start registering back to back wins regularly if we are going to stand a chance though.

I wonder how many Chelsea fans will watch that Salah goal and still come to the conclusion a Mou 3.0 is a good idea.

Jose was on Jon Obis podcast and said on Salah he needed games so he approved his loan to Fiornetina, he did not approve of the club selling Salah but they chose to do it. He bought Salah, he wanted him to develop more and come back.

Similar with KdB only KdB did not start the super cup and went to Jose demanding a loan, and he repeated that after the next league game vs United. Then the club decided to sell him again when Jose wanted him to develop more on loan and come back.

I agree - 6th place is definitely up for grabs. Don't think we can crack top 5 unless something extraordinary happens though.

I read something about teams being wary about getting corner kicks when they play Liverpool because of the danger of.

conceding via a counter attack. I thought what a load of sh*te until that 5 man counter attack today against Arsenal, how fast was that ?

If it is that big a threat just send a couple up and leave 6 or 7 players back.

In our case say to Disasi, Badiashile in the box and the striker at the D.

Or make sure the corner gets past the first man ? I don't think it can be a big deal really, don't know how many times it happens  but today stood out.

Fans of any one of the clubs you mention could express a similar tale of how well they could do because this team and the other are not very good, which would obviously include Chelsea, and if their team could just start winning every game.

What’s that saying, something about if my aunt had balls she’d be my uncle..?

Scandalous that it wasn't looked at.

Odegaard literally slapped the ball. Most blatant handball I've seen in ages and not even a second look.

Liverpool being scandaleously shafted by VAR twice this season. (makes a change to see them on the receiving end)
