Watching a bit of Wigan vs Utd in the FA cup twice Utd have fouled Wigan to stop breaks for me they should have been yellows.

On the other hand Wigan should have been given a yellow against them for a late challenge.

I wonder why we didn’t sign Hojlund. He’s only 20, cost a fortune off the back of the briefest hint that he might just possibly be good and can’t hit a cows arse with a banjo.

Anthony Taylor was the ref i'm sure we had a number of issues with him in the past I think he always favours the bigger sides.

Should have kept him TBH...one of those players like Silva that can still perform after reaching 30..and generally always gets you a goal when needed.  Would have been a good influence in our young dressing room.

Maybe but they maintain a belief they can turn a game round. Something we lack massively

Yeah I agree  and they did leave themselves wide open at times but they looked dangerous and are prepared to give it a go.

 

Big loss announced at Newcastle. Relatively small revenue for the year as well.

Bizarrely they have "lent" Amanda Staveley about £1.25m. Saudi Porta Potty's obviously better paid !

Its funny hearing Howe saying they need more players yet hampered by FFP because after being at Bournemouth so long you would think he could make do, pressure must be getting to him.

Great goal.  One way traffic ATM...but I watch City going forward, its so easy on the eye, player with the ball and 4 more in line or ahead of them...our lot would hold the ball up, stop the forward momentum while our players catch up...
