Made a habit of it at Tottenham. Done it all season for us. Top coaches don't do it as frequently as this.

I've always hated subs like that in big games when the other team is chasing the game, even when Jose did it, it would bite us in the arse. Like when he put Kurt Zouma on when we were winning 1-0 at Old Trafford, United ended up equalising.
