Wingbacks to make a back 6, Chalobah to sit as a shield to drop in as well and man mark Odeegard. Gallagher and Caicedo to press, give it to Palmer to shoot when and where he sees fit.

Going to beat them. 

We need to get something out of this game. Our season is over but f**k them, let’s end their title charge.

If I didn’t believe we’ve got a chance, I wouldn’t be going to the game. It might be that I get back home early, but at least I’ll get a few pints with the mates.

Great question mate. Had it with some of these players. Truly. 

The team must be deflated after that game today.  I think a win today would have given everyone a lift for Tuesday and could have stood a good chance for 3 points....the only person that needs a lift is Werner-Jackson.....to the airport.

I get it, I don’t feel that connection with this team that I used to have before but, we’re Chelsea and we can beat this north London f**kers. And, most of all, we’re care free Chelsea boys. And I can tell you, meeting up with the Chelsea support is just great win or lose.

You’re going to make me blush mate! But seriously, we can beat anyone on our day. I haven’t got much hope but we’ve given a game to city today and we’ll make them sweat on Tuesday.

That’s entirely dependent on how Cole Palmer is feeling.

Ah what would we be like if we ever have the likes of Wes Fofana, Lavia, Nkunku, James, Sanchez et AL at the same time as fully fit Enzos and Caicedos?

For now though season is done and, for me, that should mean those pong term injured player get the same as Lavia now, be told their season is over and to take care of themselves to be ready for pre season.

Hopefully the players don't think this way. Our season is not over. Especially if we find a way to win against Arsenal. Even though we have some tough matches left we still have a chance to get 6th and qualify for Europe, perhaps even Europa League depending on who wins FA Cup.

Certainly feels that way at the moment. He is really the only matchwinner we have in the team currently. Perhaps we have a couple of potential matchwinners on the injury list but they never stay fit long enough for us to find out.

It's another problem with unmentored kids that goes under the radar. Half this lot won't be arsed now cos it can't be about them as individuals.

Europa is pretty much dead in the water. The only avenue is for City to win the FA Cup whilst we finish 6th in the league. We've haven't been that high in the table for goodness knows. 😭

Conference League at the moment will give us a fine larger than qualifying for the actual competition given the selling of assets loophole isn't recognized under UEFA.

Aye should be doable even with our lack of consistency as they seem to be gone. 

Think 8th is the highest we will get.

Just play the same team that smashed Everton. It isn't rocket science.

We had the chances to derail their title charge last season and we didn't. They beat us 3-1 in the end and we were poor bar the last 25 minutes or so. I said the same last season and will say again now. In what has been overall a disappointing season, beating Arsenal will be enough to consider a good season just to prevent them from winning the league. They have looked jaded recently which is hopefully a plus for us. Don't see un getting a result but hopefully we can trouble them. Poch will prob make few changes. Maybe likes of Sterling, Chilwell and Mudryk come in. We have only beaten them once in our last nine meetings, losing 6 of them. We really need to start turning the tide again. Havertz will be doing his best to score this game for sure and he most certainly will play up front. We defo have players who can hurt them, just about stopping them in attack which will be difficult.

Ach, it’s only Arsenal.

One of the few meaningful games left this season. If we can't lift ourselves for this and against Spurs, there are more than just lack of skills in the team.
