August 29, 20241 yr I actually think Duran is a decent player, which makes me wonder why Villa would let him go. He also offers much greater options in terms of puns and dad jokes.

Injury record I expect. 43 days our for a hamstring last year https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/jhon-duran/verletzungen/spieler/649317

Haha, the counter-briefing equivalent of a middle finger to the club. They already got Maatsen, Barkley and Winston Bogarde's nephew, what more do they want from us?
August 31, 20241 yr Should have just ditched the Osimhen deal when we couldn't get a deal yesterday afternoon and just got all in for Duran

I reckon he is still 2 seasons away from being a starter for a top team, he is surely talented though. He has been good coming off the bench against tired legs, when the game isn’t well structured. I am not convinced he will be the same player starting games.
September 15, 20241 yr Certainly looks a talent. That strike yesterday is as good as anything you'll see this season. No chance he starts ahead of Watkins though who is basically a complete striker.

September 17, 20241 yr It got disallowed in the end for a handball about 20 seconds before it by another player (stupid rule) but are we all in agreement that Jackson fires this ball into row Z? Edited September 17, 20241 yr by timetowaste

September 26, 20241 yr Victor Boniface – Nigeria and Bayer Leverkusen – 23 – is also up for consideration. Mr.Boniface does have some Dad joke potential.
October 2, 20241 yr My God what a miss we made on this. Wasted all that time and effort on Osimhen when this guy is 100x the player. We’d be the complete team with Duran up top.
October 2, 20241 yr Author Think we should really start giving our directors some credit when it comes to striker talent.

Guiu we are yet to see how he turns out, Jackson still needs to develop more before we can label him top class, Washington looks to be a money making attempt signing like Angelo. Anyone else?

Learn to separate players that were obviously bought to only flip. Gyorkeres is arguably the best ST not named Haaland. Winstanley wanted him at Brighton. Jackson has more non penalty goals than Salah. Cost us less than 40m. Duran is kicking up a storm and even that Omardion bloke or w/e is killing it at Porto. October 2, 20241 yr It's gonna be hilarious when Omorodion bags a hat trick against Man Utd tomorrow.
