One week it is Garnacho, the next it is Neto, some week's it's BOTH.

Who infuriates more? Garnacho is sh*te. Should never have signed him. Dreadful footballer. That said, he does show a little bit of energy and tries to take players on but invariably trips over or runs into a defender and loses the ball. Inept, but willing.

Neto on the other hand has the ego of a great player but then goes on to stink the place out. Chris Sutton summed it up perfectly when Neto had a 1 on 1 with the defender but instead of taking him on, he drifted inside, turned and passed it back to the centre circle. He's a coward, who is happy to pick up his wages but then hides in games.

What a f**king mess. Just play ANYONE, except these two.

I'd be surprised if that was the case, as it seems fairly well documented that they all get a significant wage cut if we aren't in the CL next season. Why would they want that ?

This is the perfect example of why our football is so sh*t. He should be running at him, full pace, and either getting a shot away himself or crossing it. Hazard would have tore that Brighton player apart, any decent winger would have unless they were coming up against a world class 1v1 defender like Ashley Cole or Azpilicueta.

It makes me laugh that the likes of Chalobah come out and say they are trying their best. No you're not. You're either lying to us or you're inadvertently calling yourselves sh*t footballers.

The only player not doing what Neto is doing here is Estevao, and I am seeing him get more and more frustrated because his teammates don't have the same mentality as him.

I'm sure there was a stat flying about that the 2 PL players with the worst dribble success rate last season was Neto and Garnacho. So our directors saw this and rather than replacing the one we owned, signed the other one.

Someone’s accidentally clicked to filter by ‘low to high’ at some point and no one’s ever realised and changed it. Would genuinely explain so many of the transfers.

I think just as John Barnes lived off that goal against Brazil for years, Neto is doing the same after his hat-trick against mighty Hull City.

Neto was never a target, he was bundled as a package along with Joao Felix by Mendes because the SDs couldn’t sign any of their targets. All boils down to the owners having zero clue about football. Any casual fan could have told you signing a mid winger from Wolves was a bad idea. Neto even admitted he had never faced a low block before until he signed for us.

Garnacho also played in a counter attacking Utd side, but they saw him as a market opportunity. You then have Gittens who has acres of space to run behind in a high lined Bundesliga. Like there are highlights of him doing that online, and we still signed him.

Actually this is a case of both Rosenior being a poor coach and Neto is a sh*t attacking winger.

Neto can't take people on solo because he's primarily left footed with 0 right foot ability playing on the right. Also he can't take on top level defenders period without fluking or huge spaces in behind.

Rosenior should know that but he still expects Neto to do something

That's what he's(Rosenior) paid millions to sort out. Could have brought in new coaches specific for Neto, could have tried Derry, could have tried anything really as long as it worked

Fans make football too complicated. I remember months ago city vs glintt. Pep said after the game, glint defended narrow and pretty much allowed city player to go 1v1 on the outside all day but pep say that he has no winger. So the game became difficult.

There are ALWAYS alternatives.

If Jackson isnt good enough to play striker - dont play him and blame it on a lack of alternatives.

If Tosin and Baddy are not good enough to play CB - dont play them, and blame it on lack of alternatives.

If Neto isnt doing the job you are telling him to do - dont keep selecting him and asking him to do it.

If we are not very good at playing it around at walking pace, trying to play out from the back - then stop asking our players to do it.

There are ALWAYS alternatives.

There are ALWAYS other systems/tactics/players that can do a different job.
