Marseca has to go.....our best scenario is to win the Conference League and qualify for the Europa Cup.

Team not motivated at all, too many errors and seems like they have lost the plot yet again, just like Lampard, Potter and Pochetino.

These cheeky twats happy and laughing lifting that tinpot, Maresca looking smug deflecting from how bad the season has been. Good lord. Can imagine it now.

Makes zero sense to sack him if the directors don’t go with him.

They are only doing what they are told to do, if Maresca has anything about him, he will come out and tell the truth, they will sack him anyway

I felt nothing when we scored as I knew we’d f**k up.

Got no emotion for this sh*te anymore. Maresca and his style of play is awful. Almost cost Leicester promotion.

Same. Usually this came from VAR, and thinking everything would be offside or something happened off the ball. Early goals for us has lost ALL meaning, unless we’re talking about last minute winners like Villa pulled off, then that’s different.

Very bold of you to assume we'll win it. The instant we face a half decent side that'll come at us it's over.

More points dropped from yet another match we get the lead first. Think it's 15 for the season now. Don't think there is any other club in Europe to have dropped that many points from leading positions.

Palace twice, Fulham at home and Villa today. 10 silly points dropped in matches we should have comfortably won. Mental to think we'd sit level on points with Arsenal had we managed to keep the lead in these particular matches in which we looked in total control up until dumb individual mistakes and missed chances ruined everything...

I’m sorry but James really pissed me off. Walking to take the corner when we are behind in extra time.

f**k right off.

The problem we have is Reece is playing within himself because he's scared of that injury happening again. So we've got a 50/50 player who doesn't commit like he used to.

I'm surprised people are dumping on Enzo, I thought he was our best player and the only one to really give a sh*t.

We've gone from being really entertaining to a bunch of back-pass merchants.

From what we’ve seen Eghbali only steps in for the big transfers. EVERYTHING is controlled by the co-directors.

Southampton & Leicester next, the only silver lining to dropping points there is Josh Acheampong might finally be released from Maresca jail.

Scott, there are no good guys in life. Can I presume your equivalence to Epstein and P Diddy? I hope you are not offended, because we are all bad per your logic.

My logic is perfectly sound, you're just not seeing it. Russia invaded Ukraine, disgusting, we can all agree on that, but how can we pretend to sit on this mountain or morality after what we did to the Middle East? We invaded them, went to war based on lies, following the American's like the sheep that we are.

Why is it okay for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc, to own football clubs and have so much power and influence over western football when they sit up there for having some of the worst human rights record in the modern world? Oh yes, Russia is oh so much worse than everybody else right now.

I’d say Pedro worked hard today for the most part, limited player but created the most chances, got out of trouble, pressed well, lot of dynamism and enthusiasm (probably felt like a derby from his Wolves days). Assisted Enzo’s tap-in of course.

When Newcastle win tomorrow we are down to 7th

But don’t worry we can concentrate on winning the Farmers league

Probably our only route to European football in 25/26.

Can't see how we can stay ahead of Villa, Brighton and Newcastle, let alone catch any of the teams above us. We might even get overtaken by Fulham as well LOL

I suspect Copenhagen will be a challenge. Especially given our woeful form.

If i had to find a positive today it would be that we have 43 points and are safe from relegation. other than that maresca needs to go, but more importantly the owners need to sell up and fk off.

Here we go again, WE DESERVED NOTHING

What did you make of the performance and result?

"This is, for me, probably the toughest defeat of the season. The reason why is because the reaction from Brighton was brilliant, the performance was very good and unfortunately, in this moment, it is not enough. That's why it is a tough one.

"I don't think we deserved to lose the game, to be honest. In this league, you have to be clinical. The difference most of the time is inside of the box. Unfortunately at 1-0 up we had some chances and didn't score, at 1-1, we had some chances and didn't score. In the end, anything can happen and unfortunately we lost the game."

Deluded, how many saves did their keeper make in the second half?

DELUDED

He’s not altogether there is he.

After spending so much money buying players we don't need, we still got no GK and striker, plus the defence looked incredibly thin. God fore lose a Cucurella or a Colwill, we may as well play with 2 Gks. It's probably unfair to point out Enzo. First of all, a needless foul for the free kick ( when he had no chance to catch up with the attacker), then lazily not get back on side to allow the goal. Palmer is fast losing his magic, thanks to the manager's chop and changes. Nkunku, not sure what's the point in this game apart from making up the number? Neto was the sharpest on the day, but still lacked the finishing touch.
