Var and ref got baited there. Don't think it should have been a red. Botman stepped into contact to let the ball go past him. Look where he stepped into Jackoson compared to where it landed. Obviously Jackson was an idiot for jumping that early as well for a ball he'd never get.

TalkSport are wrong. There was more than enough to turn that into a red card. He looks at the player and leads with his elbow. Even if the argument can be made that Jackson is trying to place himself between the defender, it's still reckless.

Probably, Poundland pep to tricky for his own good. Should have played a solid back 4. Caicedo and lavia sat in front and been hard to break down. Played on the counter,Today was about not losing. These modern managers think they are tactical geniuses when all they do is make simple things look hard.

Jackson is stupid enough to elbow the defender in the head, while looking at him beforehand. That’s why he was sent off. Referee had no option really.

Jackson should never have been our main striker this season. Now it’s blown up in our faces. That’s on the Board. And if we don’t get a CL place, it’s fitting it should be down to a decision they made in preseason, to go with Jackson as our main striker.

it gets quite depressing watching chelsea play lately , next question is ..if we dont get CL will palmer stay.
