A part of me is starting to think that the biggest reason why we played such a rigid system under Maresca was to protect how poor our defence is.

Saw a stat that Rosenior has only been here 2 months and half the goals we've conceded all season, were under him.

I'm pretty sure Maresca all but confirmed that in a press conference at some stage.

I get why he set up the way he did but he was a bit too overly cautious at times.

What's the point? Players aren't gonna turn into world beaters under a different manager

I know the problem is bigger than the coach right now. The only way this changes is when BlueCo start losing money that’s the only thing these venture hawks understand

They've been doing that for 3 years ... the problem is that they are not losing ENOUGH money ... YET !!

Looking at the entire coaching team, this must surely be the weakest set up we've ever had ? It's probably even worse than what Potter had LOL

How are this lot ever going to have any credibility with the playing staff ?

That line up is truly outstanding. The future is safe in their hands.

As much as I like Resenoir, everything is going downwards under him. We’re worse in defence and attack, the players look unmotivated or not buying into his methods.

All I’m seeing is motivational talk, not enough tactics and game management.

As others have said, there are bigger problems at the club such as the squad make up but we are definitely worse under Resenoir unfortunately.

The SDs have a problem here because he his their chosen one. They know him better than any other Chelsea manager.

Fail to qualify for CL and start poorly, he won’t last long.

Head of global goalkeeping (centre bloke)? HEAD OF GLOBAL GOALKEEPING ?! I'm just staring at these words and don't even know where to begin.

The football is globe shaped. As opposed to square. Hence global. Dill.

You'd think that someone heading global goalkeeping would know more than 1 goalkeeper. This bloke has made a career of taking Sanchez everywhere he goes.

He's basically Sanchez's agent and all he does is ensure that any club he's in doesn't sign a better keeper to compete with him.

I always thought it was quite funny that the guy in charge of our goalkeeping has his most notable career highlight as being beaten from 30 yards after 42 seconds in the FA Cup Final.

To paraphrase Lord Finkelstien "it is f'n obvious we are building a top class coaching line up"

I don't know if it was mentioned already but I'm genuinely curious as to what instructions he was giving to Garnacho in that note when the score was already 3-0 and 8-2 on aggregate.

What could it possibly be? "Hold on lads, only six more goals and we're level"? "Tell Pedro Neto one more time he's world class"? "Give my love to the ball"?

I’m not going to criticise Rosenior, he’s pretty inexperienced for this level and of course he had to take the job when the opportunity came.

It’s more the owners fault we have him as our manager. I think he’s pretty likeable, a nice guy. Not the level we need but hey ho. He’s not a w@nker like Maresca is, who is completely self obsessed.

I’ve said it elsewhere but this summer really is make or break for us.

We need a new manager in the summer. Julian Nagelsmann? After the World Cup. young - and y'know we have to have young. . .but he has experience and he can manage. Luis Enrique? The bloke is a proper manager. He might want to manage club in a proper league?

Both have been interviewed already by the directors and both turned us down because they wouldn't let those clowns dictate the team and transfers.

Never going to happen while these clowns 🤡 run the club. I have said it multiple times there is zero chance any world class manager touches us.
