Enzo has been trash. He's never put in a great performance from Midfield and saved us when the chips are down.

I'm not saying Enzo has been good, I've been one of his biggest critics, but just because he hasn't been very good, it doesn't mean Neto's performances haven't been an issue for us. Again, I will say what I said earlier, judge a player on their own performances instead of comparing them to others.

Defensively we are still a shambles…generally of our own making.

Decent win I suppose but hardly convincing to be honest. Hull were never in it and when they did get a chance it was because one of the clowns at the back made another mistake..

Well played Neto. Hattrick. You will still get clowns in here who won't give him credit and talk crap. Can only beat what is front of you. Delap, wish he had a goal, but did a lot better second half. 2 assists. Garnacho showed nice couple skills but really needs to bulk up. His lack of physical strength is alarming. Anyway nice way to start the weekend. Well played and a clean sheet!

In fairness Neto's first, the dig from distance broke the seal on this. From that point on I thought we were pretty good all over. Garnacho was horrendous but Delap improved off the ball and with bringing others into play.

Really really impressed by Sarr. So frustrating the Estevao open goal miss. What an assist that would have been from Sarr in his first start.

Is Liam Delap doing things we all thought he would fro the start?

I didn't think he would create like that. 3 really quality passes for goals. He needs to realize he's not gonna bully CB's like Drogba & Costa, and he doesn't need to.

Good second half, played with intensity up until the last 5 mins. Neto clinical, Santos ran the game. Hard to judge Sarr as he didn’t have much to do, seems comfortable on the ball but got caught out of position a couple times.

Really enjoyed that.

Thought Sarr looked really promising.

Happy for Garnacho and Neto. The latter for goals and the former because I thought he played well tonight.

Mhueka is going to be a unit.

Santos the perfect player for Rosenior.

Thankfully Delap came on to a game and hopefully gets a bit of confidence. His first half was in a new level of sh*t though.

Neto looks good in that No 10 role.

Hato had a decent game, looked far more confident.

Games like this are a banana skin, and we saw Hull off quite convincingly.

Agreed he did well there but let's not get any funny ideas. Palmer plays tonight in the 10 and I reckon he gets Jimmy Greaves types of numbers.

Come on mate. Chin up. It was quite entertaining and even though it was only Hull, there were some good individual performances in a decent team performance.

Good point. If we'd failed tonight they would have been hammered, so we shouldn't be dismissive when the guys succeed in doing what is expected.

Sarr was great. Hato played really well. Neto and Delap (ultimately) were effective. Santos has so quickly cemented himself as a stalwart. My god, how close did the last clown come to losing this boy. Derry was competent and both he and Mhueka showed that they are worth seeing more of.

I was very dismissive of Rosenior and critical of his appointment. This guy is starting to win me over. He actually might have something about him, tbh.
