Never booed anyone Chelsea, never will. It seems to be something that's crept into the game just lately that fans boo their own team but I just don't see how it helps anything. If you're a supporter, you support, end of.

As someone said hopefully we'll buy players that have been properly scouted, which will be a marked change! I don't know what criteria Chelsea use when scouting players but imagine it runs along these lines; Look for the standout big player at a club, make it known to the world that we're interested, fight off all the opposition that we created by publicly declaring our interest by offering a massive salary and transfer fee, shoehorn standout striker into team by sticking him on the wing,

I'm not trying to be negative, but you could rule out 2 of those on recent form. At the moment, injuries permitting, we have an extremely strong back four without Luiz, but the midfield has looked laboured and short of spark on many occasions this season. Luis has too much talent to be left on the bench, and as mentioned JT surges from the back as do Ivanovic and Cahill and Cole on occasion, Luiz has the potential to be another Viera.

I see his skillset as being ideal for a central / DM, he could control the midfield where I don't see anyone else we've got doing so. He's strong, skillful, can break up play, tackle, pass and surge from midfield, who else does that for us?

RDM realistically, is just filling in and doing whatever he thinks it takes to have some kind of job next season, so no feather ruffling and much ego stroking are the order of the day and if we get some results well, it will be an improvement on AVB of sorts. Everyone on this forum can see the need for a rebuild, and when Essien, Frank, Malouda, Ash etc, watch the replays of this seasons games they must realise that they're on borrowed time, as professional sportsmen how can they take pride in their performances this (and last ) season? So hopefully next season's manager will have an easier job rebuilding the team as the players, management and fans can see the weak points more clearly.

JT's not going to last forever either.
