September 1, 20178 yr I`m always worried when our players play against much lesser sides, the chance of being injured is much higher so Im glad he got through this one ok.

His form in that Gibraltar game was a massive improvement to the U23 game. I think he'd be good to go at Leicester
September 1, 20178 yr Maybe I see things differently/wrongly but I'm seeing positive feedback on his performance, yes he was lively and involved but that's nothing to do with his injury. What I was looking at was a player who usually looks glued to the floor not quite balanced, not distributing his weight confidently, he wasn't as low to the ground and I assume it's because he isn't happy putting as much weight on his ankle he also didn't turn/start and stop the same for the same reason. This is to be expected but it telles me he isn't ready, or at least won't be himself for a good while, a hazard that hesitates isn't hazard and unfortunately it's impossible not to hesitate when you have nursed an injury, it's as much mental as physical. Even if he is back this month we won't see him back to his best until at least December, this was always my worry with his injury on a player like him. He puts so much stress on his ankle joints it's not a case of he can run around he is ok, a player that good little things make a huge difference.

No, it's not differently/wrongly, my good friend DonAntonio! You have an opinion and that's fine. And in case you are right, we need some more hope and trust and positive thoughts. So, please. Enjoy us! Let's think the best. Also that makes a difference! Edited September 1, 20178 yr by Krc-fan
September 1, 20178 yr I don't see how us being positive about his performance will help him recover from his injury. But that could be me..

You might be right there, but even a Hazard who is not fully on or even poor is still better than not having Hazard atall.

I agree with your assessment but mental blocks (if he doesn't have any pain) can only be tackled by giving him time on the field. Can we really keep him on the bench or in the U23s until he gets over it?

That's correct, I agree, but for me I wouldn't have played him against a bunch of part time semi pro footballers that's asking for an injury at the best of times.

Yeah, I'm glad he came out of that relatively unscathed. Hazard was really walking on eggshells there

There's no longer an injury. I'm sure Chelsea and the Belgium squad have some good docters. No doubt about that. Be glad!

September 2, 20178 yr Dean Saunders just proving what a prize prick he is on ITV4 World Cup Highlights. ' I find it strange Hazard is suddenly fit for Belgium when he's been unfit all season' What a cnut!

How do these people get paid for an opinion that is so ill informed, it's borderline slander!
September 3, 20178 yr Dean Saunders is a loser who could only dream of lacing Hazard's shoes ... An irrelevant and sore cnut of a man!
September 4, 20178 yr Im actually pretty p*ssed that he was risked for 77 mins against a minnow. Belgium did not need him to get the result, they won 9-0 ffs, they broke him last time and he has literally been out the whole time since, he is just fit and they throw him on for virtually the full game, could have quite easily took a knock that keeps him out for another 2 months. If he hasn't been ready for us why is he ready for Martinez, i tell you why, because Martinez knows that if he takes an injury he will most likely be fit before he needs him again, but we'd be without our star player for even longer.
September 4, 20178 yr I'm actually happy he played. Since his injury is now over and he didn't have a pre season, what he needs are games to get him match fit.
