Petty yes, but they're good friends, and I doubt it was anything more than a spur of the moment thing.

I can't see that he would be "angry" with Mata for that goal, the through ball to Torres was the "easier" pass then trying to play Villa in.

 

Maybe Villa expected Torres to square the ball to him rather than round the keeper and Mata had words with him about that... Who knows?!

 

End of the day Spain won 10-0 so I doubt there was too many grumbles. 

think he was more pissed off with torres for not playing the ball for an easy tap in, but at the end of the day it came off and ft took it well. I know villa is probably chasing rauls scoring record, so that might be why he was pissed off.

Arguing about who should get to score the goals seems very disrespectful to Tahiti.
