Mohamed Salah to Chelsea

Featured Replies

Happy to see him signing. Havent seen a lot of him except the CL matches and You Tube clips.

Seems maybe to lack the silky dribbleing skills of Hazard (who doesnt) but he is direct and very fast which i like.

Defenders just hate speed coming at them.

Id expect him to be used more as an impact sub this year and hopefully a regular starter next season.

Welcome Salah.

I wouldn't have said Shurrle was poor, a bit short of match sharpness but nearly came away with a goal and and assist...certainly happy to have him in the squad and think he'll get better.

shurrle just needs more playing time, think he will turn out very good for us.

Rapt with this signing. Considering the club had to act swiftly to replace Mata, I think it has done rather well to get a player of Salah's quality. Hats off to José. Good luck at Chelsea, Mo.

I assume he has his work permit hearing this week, I assume the West Ham game will be too soon for him (seeing as he hasn't trained with the first team squad yet) but he might be eligible for the City game however I'm not sure Jose is going to want to throw him in at the deep end so we might not see him until Newcastle game on Feb 8th.
