Jose looks like he's ready for a summer holiday and to h*ll with the FA and referees and the Premier League and the media....

Don't doubt for a minute that he is up for next Wednesday night! Not sure about Sunday...

Still getting an odd feeling that we will indeed field our second-string team... But someone on Liverpool's team is going to get sent off and we'll twat the Scouse 3-0.

I have had the same feeling for the last couple of weeks. I can't see us conceding (regardless of weakened back line or not), and think with the likely attacking players we're more than capable of cutting a team apart who is attacking us.

So we win at Liverpool, win Norwich and Liverpool lose to Palace away and we go above them with 1 point and still City can go above us with 4 wins from their 4 games.

Ahh. I don't like the odds. And with our injuries...when is Hazard coming back?

Still full of praise for how Ivanovic reacted, he didn't go for Suarez, didn't make a huge deal about it, he accepted the apology and has shock his hand since, class act.

Yeah imagine if it was the other way around

He wouldn't even shake Evra's hand after HE racially abused HIM, Ivanovic can consider himself lucky Suarez extended such a friendly gesture!

At the end of the day we will still be putting out a weak team. Without terry, cech, hazard, and arguably our best striker in eto'o we are severely weakened. That's like taking mignolet, gerrard, sturridge/sterling out.

Can't see anything other than a comfortable Liverpool win, tbh.

They have zero distractions , we have the possibility of a Champions League final .. the mother of all distractions ... !!!

Plus, too many key player injuries and suspensions, at this time of the Season clearly playing its part ...

It's very hard to guess how tomorrow will go. A few of my Liverpool pals are actually more afraid of us with a so called weakened team. I hope for a great victory for the mighty blues, but any would do. If Liverpool win I certainly wouldn't be using a weakened team as an excuse. You have to beat what is put in front of you, and to be fair there would still be teams that our so call second string should be better than that have given Liverpool a good game at Anfield.
