March 14, 201511 yr Win tomorrow is the main thing, then we can properly look at the table with confidence on this game week, however it really isn't over til it's over so we shouldn't say things like "the title is ours" or "title over" etc.
March 14, 201511 yr This is just made so much funnier by the fact that City had a thread on Bluemoon titled "Gentlemen. Glory beckons" where they detailed how they were going to win the league and how "Chelsea are w*nk. We cannot let this average team beat us to the title."
March 14, 201511 yr That would probably mean that the Dippers get into top four instead. Do you really want that? I actually wouldn't mind if that happened. City are better financially than Liverpool and if they missed out on top 4 it would set them back a bit.
March 14, 201511 yr Agreed, if we win tomorrow they are gonna need some massive luck but it's not over til it's over. if we win tomorrow and get the full benefit of the game in hand, I might start to believe....
March 14, 201511 yr I'm surprised by the amount of vitriol being hurled at Pelligrino on bluemoon. The guy won the league last season, and just because they are now looking unlikely to win it again, they are all having a go at him. Some choice quotes include: Bye bye you gormless fool f**king f**k off, Pellegrini. f**k us, we're sh*t. A Gutless display. Maybe with the manager a few players can head for the exit doors. I have officially run out of patience with this manager and I would be extremely grateful if anyone in the higher reaches of the club gets rid of him asap etc...
March 14, 201511 yr Win tomorrow and RLC and Ake are one step closer to getting a chance in the first team. C'mon the Chels.
March 14, 201511 yr I wonder what is now going on in the mind of Nasri Edited March 14, 201511 yr by robdog
March 14, 201511 yr I'm so sorry, I can't help it. I'm with you Gem and I think it's cause we haven't seen the side win the title for a long time, plus in the EPL we've seen teams out of it only to go on and win it late on before. It's best that we just wait and see where we are in a few games time. Cause if the gap is more than 8 points still in a few weeks then I truly think we can feel more confident.
March 14, 201511 yr ahh jamie talkkrapp pick your chin up off the floor! mugggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg.
March 14, 201511 yr Had to add this: Gary LinekerBBC Sport Join the debate at #bbcfootballBurnley 1-0 Man City Posted at "Joe Mourinho said Chelsea would go on to win the Premier League. Didn't realise he meant today."
March 14, 201511 yr That is a 100% stonewall penalty. No doubt about it. Tackler not even close the ball. City was robbed of a chance to get a draw as were us against Soton away. City has 9 games to play. If we win our 2 games in hand it is 11 points which means 3 wins and 2 draws in games. We are really close of winning it but it means we play the best football of the season.
March 14, 201511 yr The best thing about this result? It increases the chances of Slippy G having to do the Guard of honor.
March 14, 201511 yr 7 wins and 1 draw in the next 11 and the league is ours even if Man City win every single one of their remaining games. #CFC
March 14, 201511 yr Thanks but what were you doing that far back in this thread? Haha logged on after a few days and found this where I left off :)
March 14, 201511 yr not too far off some of the reactions from our fans in regards to ancelotti just before we sacked him but i'd say back then it was maybe 50% stay, 30% dont know and 20% want him out whereas with city it's legitimately 50%/50% for either way. never thought i'd say this about another club...but what a bunch of spoilt dickheads
March 14, 201511 yr Enjoy (until it crashes): http://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=311174&sid=2d09716b03a111f203e7b200b23e3249 Goodness me someone hide all the knives.
March 14, 201511 yr Arsenal are a point behind Man City and if United beat Tottenham they will be only 2 behind City. If Man United were to overtake City when they have been playing as poor as they have, City fans will lose it.

March 14, 201511 yr Remember when Jose said that we're building a team for the future whilst City are aging and will only get worse? He was right.SPOT ON!
March 14, 201511 yr Looking forward to lots of Twitter memes about them surrounding the referee though. God I hope one journo has enough in his tiny balls to ask Sam the Eagle that he thought his players didn't surround the officials. Like this

Those f**kers are going to bring Ancelotti right over to Etihad.
