Well the way the game was going Liverpool were morelikely to score so City need the cushion, hopefully it will end a draw.

Anyone else notice that Moreno lunge on Zabaleto inside the box a few minutes before the goal. Didn't make contact but was crazy. It maybe that he's a bit over keen on his debut but I think he looks crap.

Martin Tyler really is a knob. Always shouts with delight when Liverpool score, and with despair when they concede.

We are not perfect by any means, but for a big game like thus, the bridge is rocking...thought it was pretty good against Leicester on Saturday...louder than this anyway

Agree he may give them an outlet going forward but I like my defenders to defend and I think he is very rash in the challenge. Could be down to debut keenness but I'm hoping he's just sh*t.

If Liverpool are going to lose, then I hope they get tw***ed.

Atrocious defending. Liverpool are not going places with that sort of organisation.

Balotelli will do a lot to shore up these kind of defensive mistakes.....

No change from last year, Liverpool were sh*t at the back then as well, just Suarez kept scoring sh*t loads of goals so it didn't matter all that much.

Worth betting on Jovetic gettinga hattrick

I seriously suspect a precession from City this season. And one of the things that makes them the clear favourites for me is their striking options.

It's funny seeing Liverpool lose but come the business end of the season we'll be wishing Liverpool had taken points off City.
