I think we might see a run out for Ramires if he is fit and maybe game time for Schurrle to get his match fitness back up too. 

 

Might see a start for Solanke up front if Drogba isn't fit enough. 

 

I would imagine Zouma will play right back.

 

Hopefully Ake gets some decent minutes as he's looked great in pre season and the few appearances he has had this season.

Has Ake played RB before? He's LB or DM isn't he usually? Mikel will probably play, but we don't ened 2 DMs against bloody SHrewsbury, so if he does then he should be the only DM.

Normally this competition would be for the drog but unless we are 100 sure of costa being ready for QPR then he should be rested.

I don't think Todd Kane went out on loan, surely he could start at RB? He was starting in the Championship for Blackburn for a while, I'm sure he could cope against opponents who are two divisions beneath that.

I would start Willian in this one, he needs to start upping his output of goals and assists and this is the sort of fixture that can be opportunity to put in a display that boosts a players confidence. 

 

His decision making in the final third (where have we heard that before?) against United was poor and I think a decent performance in this match could help him kick on this season. 

 

Great game for the likes of Ake and Zouma to continue showing they more than deserve their place in the first team squad. 

 

You would expect a run out for Salah who, for me, needs to start showing he is capable of contributing to the team, he's been a frustrating player to watch for the most part so far and doesn't seem to be an upgrade on a player such as Moses who was already on the books when we decided to invest a pretty hefty £11m on him. 

I don't think we'll post as weak a team as some people are suggesting, Drogba might start again considering Costa will likely be starting vs QPR.

I would like to see lewis baker and Christensen get some much needed 1st team game time here too.

I looked on the Chelsea Wikipedia page. Zouma is listed as a CB/RB so I reckon he'll play at RB with either Ake or Christensen at CB alongside Cahill.

We are looking a bit thin with a few players out but we should have more than enough to beat this lot, I would still play a fairly strong team though alongside a couple of youngsters, they will gain more with better players around them.

i'd play Drogba, he's on a roll. Maybe rest Hazard and put Schurrle in.

Would really like to see Kane start this one, Zouma has no business being at right back. 

 

I like Zeta's team but I think one of Hazard, Oscar and Willian will start with Drogba playing upfront.
