Arsène Wenger becomes the first manager to lose 50 Champions League main tournament matches.

gooner faithfuls are in a foul mood after that loss to Zagreb

Gerrard spreading rumours about JT and Mourinho last night. I would mind but he's a terrie pundit and only there for name alone. He looks miserable on screen. A bitter Scouse.

I was really puzzled by Wenger's team selection - especially resting Cech, I mean who does that in the CL, especially in the first game so close to the start of the season?  It's like the Arsenal fan said on Arsenal TV, it was like a Carling Cup team selection!  Wenger just doesn't get it does he?

What did he say?

I didn't hear what he said but Mourinho addressed it well after the match, saying he has a good relationship with Gerrard but he's wrong. Who the f**k does that Scouse c**t think he is? Whilst Carragher and Neville have proven their worth as pundits after disliking them immensely when they played that twat gets worse and just comes across as a bitter, dull, medalling, thick, sh*t stirring w**ker. More so.

Still hate him, he has no redeeming qualities and from the extracts I've read from his book he seems to blame everyone for everything. He's not being blunt or honest, he's just being a spoilt prick.

"I can't even tell you if the streets were thick with traffic or as empty as I was on the inside."
FFS who was his ghostwriter?

That wasn't even the worst/bet bit

"The Liverpool anthem reminds you to hold your head up high when you walk through a storm. It reminds you not to be afraid of the dark. It reminds you to walk on through the wind and the rain, though your dreams be tossed and blown, and to walk on with hope in your heart."    Yeah we know the words thanks.

I think the ghostwriter was probably a 12 year old fan.

Just submitted:

"Instead of hitting a long crossfield pass to set up a goal, making a decisive tackle or curling the ball into the back of the Chelsea goal to seal our victory, I had fallen over"

To the forum classic quotes section.

That, is pure comedy gold.

What a load of bollocks "there's a bit of friction behind the scenes, for me you play John Terry week in week out, he's your captain, he's such an important figure" etc etc.  Like Brendan did with you against Real Madrid last year, eh Stevie?  Maybe that's it - he's having a subtle dig at Rodgers!

Not our rivals but Celtic fans have been sent a letter of complaint about their personal hygiene. Hilarious.

It's even made the Washington Post in America and has been publicised by The Record, Mirror, Telegraph and Sky Sports.

He's not clever enough to use a double bluff to point to his bench warming, he's just made himself look dumb yet again.

I love how he claims that the minute Ba scored was the minute the title was lost. He goes on to say straight afterwards 'we lost the game 2-0 etc...'.

What? They still had 45 minutes to score 2 goals? If he'd spent less time going for the hollywood finish from 40 yards and more time putting Suarez in they would have probably won that match. His highlights from the second half are among the most selfish I've ever seen from a player.

This result is just the gift that keeps on giving - has to go down of the best of our modern era.

It's fastly becoming my third favourite game after Bolton 2005 and Munich 2012.

Don't forget them bottling a 3-0 lead against palace in the space of 10 minutes. Those 2 points and +3 to goal difference would have won the league.

Whilst I'd love to claim credit that trainwreck is what truly lost them the league.

Gerrard is a complete knob.

I'm glad the slithering reptile has nightmares about that game. Knowing that he blames himself for Liverpool bottling the league makes my life much easier.

That was bizarre, I still think that comeback is underrated given how late in the game they scored.

What I hate about Gerrard is how he's trying to pin 'the slip' on bad luck. 'Everyone can slip', his words. But the problem is, he only slipped after he miscontrolled an easy pass and Ba got the ball.

Yes, its true, everyone can slip. But top players will not miscontrol a ball deep inside their own half because they were too busy looking for the hollywood pass. Especially not in a title deciding match.

Spurs are playing Qarabag in the Europa League tonight. If you've not heard of them they are a small club from north London.

I laughed at that way more than I should have
