Let's hope Bilics tactic of just giving away the Europa league pays off today and West Ham turn up with intent!

Hope Arsenal thrash them and he gets sacked after embarrassing West Ham and the league as a whole with their Europa League performance. Plays a weak team in the hopes of getting a point and finishing mid table come end of the season, it's pathetic.

yes after our result yesterday i hope the hammers smash them (zing) or at least get a draw, but still didn't understand the logic in sacrificing europe for a mid table league finish, probably billic thinks they're going to suffer major league decline like everton last season

 

eventhough i got koscielny and cazorla on my fantasy, ah well

UEFA ask for all they get with that competition. Too many teams in the CL means it's watered down to the point they have to fill it with mediocrity. Mediocre teams have other priorities.

Winner gets CL, that should be more than enough incentive.

See Arsenal getting 3 or more today, go to the top of the league and stay there until the pressure starts to mount...then get overtaken by us and or City.  West Ham just look awful...would make my day and make up for yesterdays poor result if Stoke put another 6 past Liverpool

Yeah to be more or less dumped out of the qualifiers if you're West Ham.

Compare that to a season of Thursday night football which could jeopardise a team like West Hams league survival and cost them 10's of millions of pounds.

Oh dear...Cech showed his vulnerabilities with that effort....always was suspect at high balls / crosses..

Best in the world with those. He is so effortless that most corners look like a total waste against him. Today for Arsenal he made an error. However if he didn't go for it it would have been a goal anyway.

He really isnt. Not even close. Its his biggest weakness and only real "flaw"

How would that be a goal if he didnt go for it, it was low in the middle of the net with no force
