"So Wembley was to blame 'cos 85,000 fans were TOO many and our players felt the pressure...
Tonight there are half a dozen in the ground...
Who's to blame now?

We're the Monaco ULTRAS too much for us tonight?

f**kING BOLLOCKS SPURS.
f**k OFF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE...
don't bother qualifying if you're not gonna take it f**king seriously.

f**k it. "

My biggest laugh came at full time when the commentator (I think Jermaine Jenas?) said there's always next year.

I couldn't believe he said that either...they have a fight on to get in the top four this season

I would be so angry if I was a Spurs fan. Monaco looked bad but Spurs were worse.

We should probably be flattered that the game against us was deemed more important than not humiliating themselves in the Champions League.

They managed to have an even worse campaign than Liverpool's and Liverpool basically threw that second game against Real

considering that group was far, far from dangerous, you could say that was very poor to not at least qualify for round 16.

It's stronger than it initially looked as it had no weak sides. Monaco have seemingly improved enormously.

Great night though - "are you watching Tottenham?" rang out from the King Power a few minutes after the final whistle. There was a phenomenally gorgeous Flemish girl in my team as well.

I've said it before but I fail to understand all the bloody effort to get to the f**king Champions League and then just not give a f**king good try when you get there!  Liverpool against Real is the most outstanding example but anyone resting players in the Champions League when not qualified ought to be f**king shot.  Sorry.  I've had a drink.  This may not make sense.  :ATT1231304:

Absolutely!

all I've heard all summer from Spurs fans is them goading us over our league finish and the fact they qualified for the CL and we didn't. My response was 'no point in qualifying if you won't win it'....let alone try to win it.

Spurs were a flash in the pan last year, the main beneficiaries of the likes of us and City not turning up. They are NOT GOOD ENOUGH for the CL.
