It's ridiculous. By only cutting the ban in half they acknowledge that Real Madrid were still guilty.......why cut it at all then ? Wasn';t a great game and Everton choked as per usual in these matches. Barkley looks like yet another English player who everyone hoped could be the new Gazza but just isn't good enough. He was poor again last night - can see why Koeman keeps leaving him out. And what a dreadful tackle - could easily have been a red card so Liverpool will think justice was done with the late goal. But didn't see anything for us to worry about.

 

 

 

Merseyside derby is only important to scousers...particularly as Everton are so sh*te and haven't won one for years...citeh v Arse far bigger as a contest of national significance, plus Sunday had two other games...there was no justification to delay match of the day to Monday at all in my opinion...but then when BBC cover Liverpool, you can tell how desperate they are to win..,e.g. just listen to jonathan pearce

I, too, don't get it. Everton haven't produced anything good in years. City-Arsenal game proved they should get more attention.

Exactly it's a disgrace like when Barca were still able to sign players even though they had a ban. It's a f**king joke!

utd are nearing a deal for lindelof of benfica. believe we were vaguely linked to him in summer, but not sure how good he is. 22 y/o, but does it really make sense for utd when they already have 2/3 good young cbs? 

Remember reading about that girl, does she not live in Liverpool or something? Really don't see the point, if it was a one-off then fine but the press/twitter attention must be enticing her. Maybe she's only got the one jacket. It's a nice one, to be fair...

Apparently they are paying 45 million euros for him aswell. For a swedish guy thats played less then 30 league games outside of the sh*t swedish league his entire career.

Now that sounds like an overpriced player.

They certainly didn't play to his strengths and he actually seemed to behave himself there. But I just think he's not good enough for the Premier League, he is better in leagues where the game is slower and he has time. He never looked up for the fight in the PL even in his stint at City (although he was better there as he has moments).

Is that photo from the game Monday night?   I know she was at the everton v man utd  game and the day before she was at our game vel man city and claims it was the only warm jacket she had.   She's American  so I believe.  Celery celery
