Fabregas has shown Conte that he should be in the starting XI. Also, the striking duo of Costa and Michy look very impressive, they seem to compliment each other well. All three should definitely start against Burnley IMO

To be fair we as fans here were awful. Chelsea was okay in the end.

It was painful at times and we can point out the flaws what we see but I notice some take it too far and disappear when we win, they don't even revel in victory, some 'fans' just enjoy the doom and gloom.

Glad i stayed away until the end way too much negatively we are moving in the right direction you see the players having belief now that no matter what we can come back this is what Chelsea is about we lost that and now we are slowly getting it back

First 70 sub par.  Last 20 were absolutely great.  Fabregas and Batman should be on for the next match.  May start in a 4-4-2.  Great win Chels. 

The 4-4-2 seems to suit us more than the 4-2-3-1 it seems. We attached much better and our defensive lacks on the wings seem to stabilize as soon as the change was made. I'd like to see it from the start against Burnley.

Matic did a lot of work today. Fab should maybe start in front of Oscar and I like the strength of Moses.

Our subs took us up a level.

I was in pain as the rest of us. Awful game par the end.

Feeling a mixture of relief and excitement at the moment! I'm going to use Brendan Rodgers' famous quote by saying that we showed great character to come back when it looked like we were heading for defeat.

 

I hope Conte's ability to motivate his players is beginning to rub off on the players because last season we would have lost that match.

 

It was a poor 75 minutes, but the last 15 minutes were outstanding when Fabregas and Michy were brought on and started impacting the match. Those two need to start next week and it makes me wonder why Fabregas was seemingly out of favour with Conte to begin with.

 

There's still some squad changes we need to make before the window closes.

 

I'm still worried by our persistence to play underperforming players like Matic and Ivanovic on a regular basis and even though Costa scored late, his undisciplined ways are going to catch up with him sooner rather than later.

 

Here's hoping today is a wake-up call for the club that we need to be aggressive in the transfer market in the last week and a half despite the win.

 

Feeling very happy after feeling somewhat deflated 30 minutes ago.

Meltdown is putting it mildly.

As great as it is that he is scoring, Costa has been poor both games and should be dropped.

He has been poor in his overall performances, technically he is extremely limited, (so is Matic), even the first touch on his goal today was naff but when he gets a sighter he generally hits the target and can finish.

Personally I think we should have someone who is a more complete footballer but until we can find that someone I would like to see Bats and Costa start as a front pair.

Conte said it took him 4 months to really find his best team at Juve. If he can keep getting wins, no matter how scrappy or late, while he figures out how he wants the team setup, then that's all gravy. [emoji106]

Pedro in the teamsheet was an abysmal choice.

Ivanovic still starts for some god forsaken reason.

Matic/kante were good.

Hazard was sublime.Cesc too in his cameo.

Diego was poor most of the game, but got the winner. But Michy deserves to start the next game.

All in all: lucky.

The sign of good striker scoring when he's not playing great enjoy the win this will be greater confidence boost than West Ham win

He can't play as a lone striker in my opinion and we shouldn't play 4-4-2 as it doesn't get the best out of our other players.

Fantastic win and great mentality to pull through despite the performance.

when it was 0-0 the meltdown already started - some people need to lay off the caffeine or something - tbf Watford is a legit side - they have some seriously talented players & I really rate their gaffer - I knew coming into this match it would be a struggle - some people say we got lucky today - the way I was brought up in footie - sometimes it's better to be lucky than good - 2 matches = 6 points - onwards & upwards!!!
