Chelsea Vs Hull City (PL) Sun 22/01 2017 KO 16:30 GMT

Cesc in for Matic, we need that creativity over muscle. I don't think either Pedro or Willian deserved to be dropped, so Costa off the bench even he's fit.

Hull looked good in their last game, usually a new manager lifts the team for a few games until the reality kicks in.

High pressing with someone in midfield giving an absolute beast of a performance, like Dembélé did. You'll have to score first though and relatively early because there's no way you can keep that up and shut us out for 90 mins.

Hmm we're not the best at a high press nor really have the players for it. I think we're more likely to try and dominate possession which won't work out too well for us I think or we'll counter attack which may work out. If your play goes through the flanks then you'll smash us as our fullbacks have been woeful recently.

I can see Willian schooling Monreal as he's lost a yard of pace and can't handle fast or tricky players anymore. Bellerin is too rash and crap defensively so hope Gabriel plays. It's weird that I'm still quietly confident we'll win though :p

Bellerin is not that good of a defender but boi will Hazard have a field day up against Gabriel. It is vital you have Bellerin at RB against us. You lot are lucky that when Gabriel has been playing at RB, it has not bee against any top teams.

It's funny normally I'd agree but for the first time ever I think we'll beat you. Unless Wenger does his normal masterclass of bottling it and we don't have any major Injuries I think we'll beat you.

No way Troopz fam, you is going down innit, blood.

Hull were good for their win against Bournemouth but Bournemouth are terrible away from home and they really missed Ake in that back line.

I'd be utterly disappointed if we didnt put Hull to the sword, they've left in 45 goals in 21 games, only Swansea have left in more goals than them.

If Costa is fit and everyone has kissed and made up, he has to start, this could be one of those games where he gets a couple of goals too, winning the league and having the golden boot would be nice.

My biggest concern about this game is the late kick off.Far too much drinking time before hand ,too many trips to the toilet during the match lol.The way the whole squad is performing, with the confidence so high i really dont mind which team Conte puts out.If Costa is picked i would like to see Fab play but i also like the fluid front three.Spoilt for choice. No game should be taken lightly though.....UP THE CHELS !

I think we will start the same 11 as against Hull with Costa starting on the bench. I think he will want Costa to prove himself as a team player and see how he is coming off the bench with all the stories this past week.

Just my two cents!

I think we need Costa, every time I see him pressing towards the ball, running, fighting, it gives me extra motivation to win. He's not just our top scorer, he also a leader and it's important to have him.

I'd like to see this starting lineup:

--------------------------- Courtois -----------------------

----- Azpilicueta ---- David Luiz ----- Cahill ---------

Moses -------- Kante -------- Fabregas ------ Marcos Alonso

----------------- Pedro ------------------- Hazard --------------------

------------------------ Diego Costa -----------------------------

A very important match, and could turn into a difficult if we won't get ourselves ready enough. COME ON CHELS!!!!!!!!!!!

Imo.......it will be a simalar game as against West Brom........Hull have a new manager, and they are all gonna be up for this match, make no mistake about that.......I would take a 1-0 ......

So it's not just me who would take a 1-0 Chelsea!

Crystal ball predictions here. It's a six-goal thriller, split evenly. Here they are:

Chelsea (3-4-3): Courtois; Zouma, Terry ©, Aké; Ivanovi?, Mati?, Kanté, Aina; Willian, Hazard, Pedro Subs: Begovi?, Luiz, Cahill, Fábregas, Alonso, Batshuayi, Solanke   Prediction: Chelsea 3-3 Hull City (Pedro, Hazard, Batshuayi)   Oh so many changes again. Aké comes into the team for the first time since his loan spell at Bournemouth ended, as part of a completely different back three. Despite his man-of-the-match performance at Leicester City, Alonso, along with wing back partner Moses, is dropped. The ball also predicts Costa will not return...although it probably would have left him out anyway. Goals to Pedro, Hazard and substitute Batshuayi (our top scorer in crystal ball land) can't prevent a stalemate at home to Hull City.   Nah, let's go to Anfield buzzing after hopefully a big win...COYB!

Love that defence of Ake, Terry and Zouma
Courtois
Azpil-Luiz-Zouma
Moses-Kante-Fab-Alonso
Hazard-Costa-Willian

Matic Brana and Chalobah to come on to preserve the lead

Am very surprised you omit Pedro and Cahill!
Still think we should stick with the Leicester team even if costa is back and bring him in around the 60th minute if it's not working.

I will like Costa to start from the bench but I hate seeing no natural striker in our front three.

suprised about cahill but i dont mind pedro on the bench. Our set piece delivery is nill without fab or willian in the team. I think hull will be defensive and kick the sh*t out of us we will need willians delivery and also his understated strength ,,,, pedro is a weakling when the game gets tough like gainst spurs. Trust me i appreciate pedro but i wud rather he be an impact sub

Looks live Livermore won't be playing for Hull...WBA have had their latest bid for him accepted...

Clearly their offer wasn't to be sniffed at....

Can see hull trying to frustrate us and possibly park the bus. Costa needs to play he is our top scorer 14 goals this season. Also wouldn't mind seeing fabregas start as we will have plenty possession thus, we won't require the defensive duties as much.

would go with

courtois

azbi luiz Cahill

moses Kante fabregas Alonso

pedro costa hazard

subs begovic, zouma, Willian, batman, matic, chalobah, ivanovic
