The way stoke played yesterday, it was probably a blessing in disguise that we didn't have hazard available. They would've maimed him.

That match of the day commentator for our game was appalling...just sounded pissed off that chelsea won again and concentrated more on 'Costa's crimes', than the fact Stoke kicked the sh*t out of him and the others all day..

And the commentary was a voiceover. Dead as sh1t and working off the benefit of hindsight. As bad as I've heard.

Glad i wasn't the only one who noticed this. Ever since Roman arrived our biggest weakness was always rescuing a big point or 3 (whichever we needed) late on. Utd and Spurs notabley frequently pull it out but not us. Now things have suddenly changed and im  so happy we can score clutch goals.

Loftus came on and looked sharp and excellent.  Stoke City didn't know what to do with him!  He is a huge physical presence and fast as well.  I have been critical of him lately cause at times he did not show effort when given the chance but this season all his performances have been excellent!  As for him being besides Kante - i think he falls behind Chalobah.  Chalobah to me is much better in that position.  Loftus is more of an attacker and much better at it.  Holding mid is Chalobah

And he also claim's the push on Azpi that's as their goal disallowed was not relevant Azpi 'wouldn't have got near the ball'.

I am sorry. I hate that f**k face Redknapp but he has a point. What is the point of going to 6 finals in a row and not having these guyz in the team. We loan them out and if they get brought back they are stuck on the bench for some reason. A perfect example is Nathan Ake. I am really scared that we will lose christensen because i know he wont sit on our stupid bench. I also hope abraham is left to develop because if batshuayi cant get minutes to ease costas hamstrings i can imagine what will happen to poor Tammy

Hughes was a great player for us but he's been a total nob since he left...plays horrendous football, looks to rough up players (he was blackburn manager when Robben had his foot broken in 2005) and yet always moans about the opposition's behaviour afterwards...he's so deluded he should be a politician 

That was a season-defining win! We shouldn't take this for granted but we have a special team on our hands.

This is the best team I've seen since 2005/2006 so full credit to both Antonio and the players for producing so many masterpieces this season after last season. Still difficult to contemplate how different things were 12 months ago so this season has been nothing short of remarkable.

I always anticipated a tough match against Stoke, with them playing like thugs as they usually do so it wasn't a surprise that we had to grind our way to victory. So proud of the whole team as we're one step closer to securing the title.

Spurs and City can now squirm!

It's about time the FA had a word with Mark Hughes, loved him as a player, but his tactics border on criminal, this isn't 1970. To top it all off he has to play the victim card and insult everyone's intelligence, he's always been a manager who can dish it out but can't take it, much like his team.

Well deserved win, like the past couple of games we should have won more. We proved we could win without Hazard and wear down a very physical team. Conte got everything right, I think Cesc would be kicked out of the game had he started.

Not much to add, apart that how could Bardsley play in the premier league, or even allowed to play football for that matter. The f* just kick people, and kick people again until the referee reluctantly sends him off. He should have been off long before the injury time, he had no other business on the field apart from kicking opponents.

 

Bardsley's tackle on Cesc was incredibly similar to the one he put in on Hazard the other year. Nowhere near the ball, late, premeditated and intended to kick the player into next week. He's a disgrace of a player. And he dyes his hair.
