Makes sense since KHR says Sanches will stay or be loaned for a year then come back...

Even if their is no option to buy. Where ever he goes, if he's successful he will no doubt want to stay.

I'm hoping we stay away from this deal. Buy experience and quality instead of developing potential for another club.

sounds familiar lol

Bayern have rejected AC Milan's offer of a loan-to-buy for Sanches...Bayern want a 2 year loan with no option to buy at the end...I'd take that offer even if it costs us €10m a year...

According to this website, a deal in principle has been reached between Bayern and Chelsea...

I don`t agree. There isn`t place for him in Bayern. They have Xavi Martinez, Thiago, just bought Tolissio and Sebastian Rudi, they also have Vidal, and Kimmich can play in the middle as well.

Also Ancelotti is not type of manager, who can develop and trust young guns.
At best he will be used like last season. And his price will go to the ground and he is unhappy now, just imagine what will be next year. So Bayern not have a lot of option, forget what they said, 10 clubs was interested in him b.c.

We should have get him with a buyout clause.

Yeah we have to make sure we include option to buy in the deal. How frustrating would it be if he turns out to be a world class star for us next season, only for us to let him go back to Bayern.

Even if it's 30m to buy do it, then we'll know if he's worth it or not at the end.

I'm worried that I'm going to get too attached to him. I can see him developing into a Ronaldinho type player. It'll be hard to say goodbye, especially if he takes to the Premier League.

If we get him on a 2 year loan even without a buying clause I think that'll be a decent outcome, if he struggles we get to offload him back to Bayern & if he thrives I am pretty sure we will get first refusal in the future to sign him. If we don't get the option to buy him that gives us a couple of years of Lewis Baker & RLC developing into first team players.

We're being snubbed for midtable sides now.. ok.

Problem is, anyone coming in knows they are going to be 4th choice, behind Kante, Baka and Fabregas, and with the world cup end of this season, players aren't going to want to sit on the bench.

Hasn't stopped Tolisso from joining Bayern or Danilo snubbing us for City right after they'd signed Walker.

I'm sure there are plenty of other examples.

And with a busy season like ours, there's gonna be a lot of rotation. No one should be guaranteed a starting spot based on their transfer price. If he thinks he's better he should just come over and kick Bakayoko out of the starting eleven.

It's not exactly the case, matic isn't an every game player, more of an impact sub, specialist role, so I'd argue sanches would be 3rd choice, being that bako has injury problems and we will need actual rotation not just a game off here and there, he has a good chance to get decent game time and in quality matches not a mid table side in Italy who didn't make the European football cut

He was far from their worst player.

Bayern looked very disjointed and tactically naive - they were outdone by a lot of running around for pete's sake.

Klopp has assembled the ultimate track and field team.
