Fuc**** idiotic tackle. Why the hell he have to do it? It was totaly unnecessary tackle. And he fu*** the team even more, now 3 games without him. His IQ is very, very low. Same goes for Willy. And what Conte could do with that squad? He is puting CB who operate with right foot, on the LWB, cause there is no one else who can play there. Fuc**** board. And Morata was usless. Atleast Michy was fighting and combinate well with his teammates. Not that he did great, but Morata did nothing as well. And don`t forget Conte said he is not ready, hes physical condition is far from good, forget perfect. Another match thats show how weak our team is. It will be a huge success if we move from the group stage in CL, and finish in top 4. Titles with this sh** board it`s only a dream. I think you need a cup of tea and a sit down.

August 6, 20178 yr Saw video of Conte going to collect losers medals. Walked straight past Emanalo and Buck without even acknowledging them. They tried to shake his hand, he limply raised his hand without even looking at them. Make no mistake, he is furious with them. Even if he stays this summer, can't see him staying long term if he isn't backed. Sick of this board. If he went it wouldn't be Hiddink this time. Tuchel was linked before, makes a lot of sense. And much more passive than Conte.
August 6, 20178 yr Hi new here I usually read the comments but had to join to post a comment after the match. It was a bad result but most part we had the upper hand and I do feel we was unlucky with the referee decisions. It went down hill after the sending off.but it was a harsh sending off at that. But just think when Bakayoko back to fitness. him and kante will boss midfield and I can't wait on that pairing in midfield.

Fair enough but Kante and bakayoko cant play all our games or they will get gassed out. While man u have a midfield rotation of Matic,Carrick Herrera Pogba Fellaini and even Jones , we only have Bakayoko Kante and Fabregas. Some Technical director didnt do his homework. Is it too soon for EMENALO OUT?

We do need a few players but we do like to go to wire on these players last season beginning of was choppy we do like to strike a hard deal. Not sure if that's because of cost of players and so on but do feel there will be some more incomings. Least I hope so

August 6, 20178 yr I just want consistency, I don't care if we don't win a trophy every odd season, it'd be so nice to just have a manager for at least 5 years.
August 6, 20178 yr Just re watched the highlights on MOTD. And Marl Lawrenson and Chris Sutton unanimously predicted City for the title and have basically written us off. That just makes me even more confident they won't win it.
August 6, 20178 yr Clearly not all hunky dory at chelsea at the moment...still baffled by extent of Arsenal's celebrations after winning a meaningless trophy on pens...it was like the champs Lge or something at the final whistle...bemused..if we'd won the shoot out I wouldn't have gone nuts cos it means so little..I would have liked us to win the shoot out just to lift the mood about the place...sounds silly to be talking about must win games, but we really do need to beat Burnley on Saturday...

Honestly though I see us at 3rd place but I'll saw we will win because I like to be optimistic.
August 7, 20178 yr The way things are going, I'd be happy with 2nd or 3rd plus a decent run in the Champions League.

August 7, 20178 yr Tibo - Had a good match, but a poor shoot out. Some of his shot stopping was great as well as collecting the floated balls. Could not do anything for the goal, so cant put 1% blame on him. 8/10 Moses - A decent game. Again the space between moses and azpi was targetted. Needs to be better in the air while challenging. 7/10 Azpi - Good game. Very Azpi-ish. 7/10 DL - I think he was great. One of our better performers along with GC and Kante. 8/10 GC - Had a great game. Got an assist too and a great penalty. 9/10 Alonso - Seemed slow, sluggish. But just did enough to stop the ball from crossing/not letting a player through. He has seemed quite underwhelming in the whole pre-season.6/10 Kante - Started slow but got into the game so awesomely. Running with the ball was great as well as breaking up play. 9/10 Cesc - where do i begin. Cant defend, simply does not have ANY defensive nuance. Does not block the passing lines. IF he is our only back up to kante-bakayoko for a (hopefullt) 60 game season, then we are f**ked and doomed. The guy is a great passer of the ball, but thats where it ends for him. I would rather we play with willian as a CM than start another game against a decent team with Cesc as a CM. just horrendous all around. 3/10 Willian - Way way too narrow. And with no hazard, simply could not get the space he needs. worked well defensively to help out moses. Pedro - same as willian. Way too narrow. We are going to struggle massively without hazard. No doubt about it. very unlucky to be sent off. Michy - Poor. Hold up play was so god damn poor. First touch was non-existent. tried too many clips rather than playing it simple. Even though arsenal offered so much space to run behind them, he never did. Hardly a performance which will inspire conte. Subs: Morata - defended well. Musonda - showed a lot of passion. Got around well in defending his area. Would have loved him to get a real opportunity. My main Concern is Cesc and the 3rd CM spot.I would take drinkwater.

Pedro took a red and Conte doesn't buy our players. Conte surely though has a say in the overall playing style and strategy, and in ensuring the squad turn up motivated and energised for any game we play ? He is also making decisions on who to keep and who not to keep in his first team squad, and he could easily have kept any of Chalobah, Ake, Van Ginkel, Pasalic, Loftus-Cheek or Matic as additional central midfield options (even for short-term) if he'd wanted to. I don't buy the Matic transfer happening if Conte makes a serious play to keep him. I think he just fancied getting someone else in instead. Conte is also partly responsible (jointly with Costa) for the whole Costa fiasco. He has also started making noises in the media that to me come across as unduly and un-necessarily negative and creating the possibility of dissention in the player ranks. He didn't do any of that last season. Early days and the CS is a friendly and all that, but some warning signs for me ... 15 hours ago, The Don Antonio said: Just curious. What could he have done differently With Hazard out, the onus for creativity is pretty much on Fabregas so I would have played him in a 3-5-2 with a central midfield three, in front of Kante plus one other, with Bats and Morata up front and Fab pinging passes at them. Morata as our new £70M #9 man simply has to start for me ... he needs minutes on the pitch to get up to speed, and could always be subbed after an hour if tiredness kicks in. Not going to do much for Morata's confidence or fitness if he's sat on the bench. He also needs to trust his bench players a bit more and give them more minutes. Tired challenges don't happen if he has a bit of faith in his bench to come on as replacements a bit earlier in the game for players who are flagging. Let's see how we get on next Saturday. I am hoping for a good reaction and to come out all guns blazing.
August 7, 20178 yr Thats complete nonsenses. When asked about Matic, Conte said ask the board. It was obvious it`s not his choice. Conte would never leave the squad with the players we are now. The board is doing sh** without his permission it`s so obvious. Even Gerrard said it:

We need Bakayoko as soon as possible, or play Musonda alongside Kante and Fabregas (and I liked him when he came on) in a 3-5-2.
August 7, 20178 yr It's made sense all pre-season to sample 2 up-front, but we haven't, which I find crazy. Especially with Hazard out, Cesc is our main source of creativity but he gets over-run in a 2 man midfield. Both Bats and Morata would benefit playing together in a 2, and Bats has arguably been our best player during pre-season and Morata is our record signing - why not play them together while Hazard is out !? I'm very worried about Conte's general demeanor at the moment. Last season he was fantastic, was always so positive even when we had the odd bad result. Now he looks in a sulk, and while I agree that he should have been backed in the transfer window by the board, no one is bigger that the club, and he's paid do do a job so he just needs to get on with it the best he can. The negativity will eventually be passed on through the squad if he's not careful. Why would any of our star players be loyal and want to stay with us, when our manager is so clearly unhappy ? It makes me worried about holding on to players such as Hazard and Courtois.
August 7, 20178 yr 31 minutes ago, brakeit said: Thats complete nonsenses. When asked about Matic, Conte said ask the board. It was obvious it`s not his choice. Conte would never leave the squad with the players we are now. The board is doing sh** without his permission it`s so obvious. Ok so let's look at it ... Compared to our first team squad at 1st February, we've lost three senior players ... JT, Matic and Begovic ... ALL replaced by Rudiger, Bakayoko and Caballero. Leadership aside and based on current playing ability, that's not materially weaker in my book, though we need to see Bakayoko in action to say for sure. Only Matic was a regular starter. We've lost six young fringe players: 3 (Zouma, Aina and RLC) have all gone on Loan, replaced by Christensen, and probably Tomori and Baker/Scott. Christensen is more experienced. The other two are pretty much like for like replacements for me. Again, not materially weaker, and probably stronger (Christensen is a better CB than Zouma). Aina played 25 minutes of PL football last year, RLC played 31 minutes and Zouma played 247 minutes. Total 303 minutes. I think Christensen and Baker will have that covered ! 3 (Chalobah, Ake, Solanke) have Left, with only Morata arriving to cover any of their positions (and you could say that none of them have been replaced, as Morata is on board to offset Costa). Between them they made 9 starts and 11 sub appearances last season, of which collectively just 257 minutes was in the PL (159 for Chalobah, and 98 for Ake; Solanke not selected at all last year - in anything). Again not much to be made up by new or existing players. All left because Conte didn't play them, not because of anything the Board did ... I dare say the Board are working hard to bring in replacements who Conte will actually want to use ! To sumamrise the players that have left and not been replaced so far were fringe players who hardly played, who were obviously not trusted or really wanted by the manager. The senior players have all been replaced. We do need more depth, primarily because of the Champions League and for effective cover if we get injuries, but we still have most of last year's first team intact, so there is no reason why they shouldn't perform again in 2017/18. 8 of the team that faced Arsenal were what we would consider our A-Team. Things are not as bad as people are making out ...

It makes me worried about holding on to players such as Hazard and Courtois. Don’t you need wingers to play 2 upfront? I keep hearing this 2 upfront even from the Drogba-Torres days but it won’t work as Hazard/Willian would rather come inside. We will be too narrow, and you need width to play a 2 upfront. I also can’t Bats & Morata ever working together in tandem. Bats likes the ball in space or just behind, while Morata likes it to his feet. Who will drop deep in the 2?
August 7, 20178 yr Sexyfootball, yes it`s nonsenses. Did you realize last year we was not in the CL ???????? Did you even realize we play without zero injuries? And now before even the season start we are 2 players down, most imporant ones - Hazard and Bakayoko. And no one knows when they will be in shape. Hazard our best player will miss probably 5-6 games, or maybe even more. And we don`t have replacement. And what is upgrade? Morata is not an upgrade over Costa. Bakayoko is yet to see, but he is injured. And last year our contenders play in the CL, we not. Now we are in, their reinforce their squad big and strengthen, but we don`t. Last year after Arsenal game, Conte said we need more players, we need more qualities, more depth. We was insanely lucky this year, we did something unique. And we lowered the squad even more. But let`s really see what players we sell and what players we bring. Oscar, Ivanovic, Mikel from winter. Players you can rely when fatigue or injuries arrive. Especially when you will have 3 matches in a week. And often 3 matches in 9-10 days. Let`s see the rest: Matic, Chalobah, RLC, Aina, Tery, Ake, Zouma, Begovic, and for sure Costa and Kenedy. We also have Solanke, but didn`t use him. But he was also an option. That`s 14 players. While you forget to mention it, we also have 2 CUPS to play. Who exactly will start in this games? Cause last year, the players i rated above, played there, they also come as subs, when someone need to be given rest. Now can you describe me, who will play in this Cup Matches, so you can give your starting 11 a rest ? Let`s see who we bring in: Bakayoko(injured), Morata - no way he is better then Costa, atleast yet, Rudiger, is he upgrade on anyone? Caballero to replace Begovic, who i think is upgrade and that is. Rest is loan backs. And why the board not let Pasalic to stay with the club or Van Ginkel? They are the most experience and if someone is close to ready, they was. Not Musonda and Boga, they can`t. The first can`t even be a starter for Real Betis for god sake. He looks like children next to grown men, when he plays. We get Christensen for Ake and Zouma, i don`t see hi mas upgrade. And Zouma often comes as late subs and play in the right, so Moses can rest a bit. So how you see the board done well, when they simply not ? Whatever you try to twist it, the facts are, we lost 14 players, and bring just 4 and Musonda, Boga, Lewis and Christensen back from loans. The number is 7. And the first 2 are not ready even for a Championship level. Same goes for Tomori. The guy is 19 years old, and can`t get even 10 starts at a club like Brighton & Hove Albion , who plays in the Championship. This is not a fifa game. How you see them as alternative, reserve or a starter in our team ?? With such a reserve, you will surely finish outside of top 4, and forget the Cup games, and CL is a mirage. That`s the way i see it. And thats tell you the whole story:https://mobile.twitter.com/MrChelseaBoss/status/894219371324813313/video/1 The manager who made us Champions from 10 place .... Well done board. Let`s see when they sack him in the end of campaing or he decide to leave, which i`m sure he will do, who will be next. Maybe Emanalo ?
