Thoughts on this game

 

we need to get Baka off and Drinkwater on.

 

Alonso has been caught in possession far too often, needs to get his finger out.

 

Hazard has been brilliant, probably the best player on the pitch.

 

Morata has been fouled a few times, but he really needs to stop whining and get on with things, hasn't been that great imo.

 

How much better do we look with Kante in this team.

 

We're easily the better team, should be winning this game. Just keep this going lads. I still think we'll take this.

 

And last but not least. This ref's a c**t of the highest orger, giving them every decision. How the f**k was that not a goal.

If we had a more dynamic LWB we'd be more dangerous going forward, Alonso did well last season but he's just so slow this season, physically and mentally.

we were 2-0 down at half time in that game, so we've definitely improved. infinitely better in our play, just can't get the goal we need and want. 

That's the right level of intensity and we've been the better team... Just need the goal now

 

The reason why we aren't winning at half time is down to the ref and some poor finishing, going forward we have been a lot better today. We are still struggling when the ball is in defense though. We don't seem to have any composure. Alonso is struggling the most, he look's lost and Valencia is making things very difficult for him. Alonso's pace is really hampering him this season.

We've been good, really need our goalscorers to come into confidence. Before it is too late.

i enjoyed that half though, very fast paced and dominant. we need to get that early goal to rid the frustrations of chance after chance. 

Seeing this it would be so bad if Conte was sacked. Even if we lose everyone is fighting and ticking.

Is Souness for real ? their feet never touched ! Same with Carragher saying it was a slight nudge, it wasn't a nudge, it was a touch.

Also, what about the push on Morata by Bailly then ? is that allowed because Bailly is a defender ?

Joke of a decision, Morata barely brushed against Bambi Jones. Strikers get plenty of more impactful 'treatment' at the hands of defenders in the box all of the time.

Jesus this is painful commentary from Souness. You'd think an ex 'Pool player would be against United, not think every decision that went their way was right. 

Still don't know how Bakayoko got a yellow card. The Kante foul a minute later was much more of a yellow and he got nothing./
