Bids from 5 years ago when he was at Napoli, i'll ask again. Name a team that's tried to buy him off us.

How many clubs have bid for de bruyne in that time?

Rumor is he'll be the DR5...

Looks like DRS as in Drag reduction system. Would be quite a fitting acronym for him if he comes in to replace Jorginho, who's been dragging us down for the past 5 years...

Wasn't even worth a reply from me, laughable

Big clubs don’t often receive bids for their players. The fact that nobody has bid for Jorginho is irrelevant. You’re the muppet that’s “laughable” as you seem to think you have more tactical nuance than world class managers who like Jorginho.

Here’s an idea: how about bigging up one of our players for a change. Opposition fans do the negativity about our players enough.

Managers play Jorginho because he's the only one that is fit, hope this helps.

Go read any of the other threads on here, i'll big up any Chelsea player that's good enough. You've been on the forum for a couple months, maybe you should have used that time to read other threads you whopper.

It is a bit strange he’s the only fit midfielder at Chelsea and in the entirety of Italy. Unfortunately I don’t spend enough time on here to memorise each member’s opinions on players, sorry about that. I retract my comment about bigging up players.

Can you clarify your point about clubs not bidding for him, as that’s what made me reply to you. As I said, before, big clubs don’t often receive bids for their players.

Kante, RLC, Kovacic and Zakaria all injured the majority of the time.

More the point we've offered him out and still no one wants to take him. Trust me, if City offered KDB out there'd be every club from every league after him. With Jorginho Newcastle won't even take him.

I suspect that @RIP Mourinho may be implying that with the end of Jorginho's contract being imminent and with his agent/social media tw@ts/the press trying to start rumours about possible tarnsfers in the offing, it seems nobody has shown any interest in approaching the club with a bid. Hence why it is likely that his contract will run through to expiry at which point he will probably return to Italy.

We on the other hand have made an official bid for Enzo Fernandez whose contract doesn't expire until 2027

The question was why would anyone bid now if they could get him for free in less than half a year, and of course nobody could answer that question so the premise changed to the theory that Jorginho must be a bad player since he has been here for 5 years? It's not like he hasn't been playing, the opposite is true. So that's a lot of streching for someone to once again just voice his opinion that he simply hates a player isn't it?

Player himself wouldn't want a move either when in 6 months he and his agent can get a nice fat signing on bonus.

Not if he comes in having (literally) dragged West Ham down it wouldn't.

As it stands his penalty miss at Forest is relegating them.

Unless they join us like Sterling and Koulibaly did and got fatter contracts and signing on fees than if they had waited for anyone else imo.

I wasn't aware of the fact that Sterling is earning more here than in Man City, that doesn't sound good.

Koulibaly kinda waited for us though, he always wanted to come here so IMO he's committed regardless.

Contrary to popular belief Jorginho is usually very good against teams that press you high as he's fantastic as an outlet in our build-up phase. It's when teams sit deeper and want to counter us we have some major problems with him because he suffers in transition for obvious reasons.

Very good today in the second half. In the first half it seemed like Lewis Hall were playing as the main outlet in midfield for some reason and we and him suffered but Gallagher & Jorginho both performed in the second half for me.
