I thought I read that there were some final “technical details” to iron out but it seems everything is actually done. Either way, with the new license, hopefully this allows us know to carry out with transfers and contracts as we should be able to do that now.

I'll be relieved when the takeover is finally complete, but it is still very hard to get excited about our new profit-thirsty, debt-financed, "super-fan" craving Yankee owners.

An excellent piece in the guardian, the mind boggling fee they got for selling their own TV rights is phenomenal, make no mistake, this is going to be some fairground white knuckle ride, courtesy of your Debit card…

The thing is, you don't know what arsenal would be like as a club now if they had stayed at highbury. There's no guarantee they would be better.

Didnt they win more silver at their old ground?!

They've won 2 premier league titles at highbury. Most of their success came before 1955.

Without a new stadium, they would be a club playing in a crumbling 40k stadium, even more reliant on the past and watching Tottenham become the dominant force in north London.

There's no reason why Arsenal have to be at the top table. Look at Leeds and Everton.

Excellent news. The club needed stability after a few months of turmoil.

Boehly and co were my preferred bidders from the beginning, so I'm happy it's come to fruition.

Interesting times ahead on how they will operate the club. They'll have big shoes to fill from Roman.

3 PL titles (1998, 2002 and 2004).

13 top flight titles overall, with 7 of those won before 1953.

Sorry yes 3. And yes, over half before 1955.

Either way. London is blue. North London is also blue. The Todd Boehly revolution has begun

To me and many arse fans/supporters i know would disagree re them moving, It was a trick to make more money for the owners, Not the fans!

If the proposal is move to a new ground i.e earls court but we end up like arsenal i.e no silver forever i would say no, But who am I, All that will matter is what the powers that be want and if they can convince the cpo etc

How long till the first new signing?

48 hours?

Ive seen some quaters discussing Raheem sterling lol

Bit early yet, We should see a pick up on activity once the sale is completed completed, It seems its a deal within a deal within a deal!

Que sera sera new version: When we were just an ordinary club, we asked each other... ....

What will we be?
Can we trust Batesy, will we go bust?
Can we kill David Dein?

Que sera sera, whatever will be will be
Who cares about Istory?
Que sera sera

When Roman came and made us rich
Hatred and envy was all we could see
"You're just a plaything, he'll soon get bored"
We gave them apoplexy

Que sera sera, whatever will be will be
Living the moment you see
Que sera sera

Now we're the world's most costly club
Titles and Doubles, two Champions Leagues
They hoped we'd go under, they chortled with glee
But they'll never break CFC

Que sera sera, whatever will be will be
Who cares about Istory?, We’re owned by Todd Boehly
Que sera sera

‘Inception’ of a dream, all we need is a bit of Hans Zimmer and Johnny Marr

Hmmmm...........Raheem Sterling. Yes I've seen some reports that we are after him. Not sure what I think about that really.

Probably an improvement on what we've got I suppose.

To be fair Pukki and Vydra would be an improvement on what we have now.
